All students scheduled for Potions are to report to classroom 4D.

Jane frowned. "That's... odd."

I tilted my head, rereading the note. "Snape must've needed the lab for something else."

Jane sighed, shaking her head. "Well, I guess it's a good thing we're actually early for once. Now we've got time for this kind of nonsense."

I smirked as we turned around and made our way through the winding corridors toward the new classroom. It was all the way on the other side of the castle, which was definitely not convenient, but at least we weren't rushing this time.

By the time we arrived, a few students had already taken their seats, though none of our friends were there yet. Jane and I made a beeline for the back—obviously.

The classroom itself felt... strange. It wasn't like the usual dim-lit dungeon atmosphere of Snape's Potions room. Instead, it was more open, lined with shelves full of books and old artifacts. Definitely not the kind of place you'd expect to be brewing potions.

Before I could comment on it, a familiar pair of voices echoed through the doorway.

"Moonvale, Bennett—our favorite girls," Fred Weasley grinned as he and George sauntered into the room.

"Potions, huh?" George smirked, plopping into the seat in front of us. "Lucky you, you've got us to suffer through it with."

Fred nodded dramatically. "Truly, the gods have blessed you. Having the two funniest people in class has to make it more bearable."

I rolled my eyes, biting back a grin. "Oh, absolutely. You're the only reason I bother showing up."

Jane snorted, but before the twins could fire back, the door swung open again, and more familiar faces entered the room.

Theo, Blaise, Lorenzo, and Sebastian strolled in together, looking half-interested, half-bored. Draco followed a few steps behind, scanning the room with a mild look of annoyance—probably still pissed about the classroom change.

Sebastian was the first to spot us, grinning as he slid into the empty seat beside Jane. "Ah, back-row seating. Classic move."

Theo dropped into the chair beside me, stretching lazily. "The front's too much effort."

Blaise smirked. "And too much risk of actually getting called on."

Draco, naturally, took the seat next to Blaise, his sharp eyes flicking to mine for a brief moment. He didn't say anything—just smirked slightly before looking away.

I squinted at him. "What?"

His smirk widened. "Nothing, Moonvale. Just wondering if we'll make it through one class without some new rumor about you spreading."

I groaned, dropping my head onto the desk. "Kill me now."

Fred turned in his seat, looking amused. "Ooh, do share. What's the latest?"

I peeked up at him, deadpan. "According to Hogwarts' esteemed gossip committee, I spent the night in Draco's dorm and was too busy having sex to make it to class on time."

George let out a whistle. "Damn, Moonvale. You work fast."

Draco scoffed, shaking his head. "I wish."

Jane elbowed me with a smirk. "See? Even he admits it."

I rolled my eyes. "You all suck."

Before anyone could respond, the classroom door swung open one last time—and this time, it was Mattheo.
