Taehyung was in his office as usual, busy at work. Pin drop silence in this cabin. Just the ticking of the clock could be heard. His fingers rhythmically typing. His eyes fixed on the laptop screen.

Just when he went to grab a pen from his desk, he accidentally nudged something. That grabbed his attention. It was a photo frame. A picture of 10 year old Taehyung holding a 1 year old giggling Jimin...
The frame had always been there on his desk. Over years it had now become a blind spot on his desk.

Taehyung just stares at the picture, memories drifting across his mind. How he used to spend his whole day with jimin, pampering him, granting all the wishes and taking care of him. How jimin would run behind him all the time calling him 'taetae hyungie'. Jimin would wait for Taehyung to come home from school so they could eat together, play together.

flashback

A 5 year old jimin was sitting on his chair swinging his legs, hands on his chubby cheeks and lips forming an adorable pout.
"Jiminah! Come on eat your lunch baby." Mrs. Kim said trying to feed jimin. "Noo! I won't! I want to eat with taetae hyungie" jimin said desperate to have lunch with Taehyung.

"Jiminie, look taehyungie hyung is in his school. It's still half an hour left for it to end. It might take him a while to reach home. You can't wait till then baby." Mrs. Kim said trying to convince jimin. But Jimin being jimin, "Yessh!I can wait till then and hyungie wouldn't like it if I had my lunch without him and hyungie promised meee that he would come earlyyy".

"Jimin baby come on it's enough now, have your lunch" Mrs. Kim said.
"Noo I won't!" And jimin ran away to his room. "jimin!" Mrs. Kim shouted for jimin but he was already out of sight. Mrs. Kim knowing her son well let it go.

After sometime, "Jiminie!! I'm home!" Shouted a cheerful 14 year old Taehyung expecting jimin to jump over him and hug him but, silence. "Jimin??" And again silence. Taehyung panicked and called for him multiple times. Hearing this Mrs. Kim and other maids came out. "Taebear? What happen?" Mrs. Kim asked concerned.

"Eomma where is jimin? Everyday day he would come running towards me after I come home but today.... Where is he?" Taehyung asked almost tearing up. "Baby don't cry. He was here few minutes ago, he might be in his room.

Taehyung nodded and followed Mrs. Kim to Jimin's room. But to their suprise, the room was empty! Where did jimin go? Now Mrs. Kim panicked too.
They searched for him everywhere in the house. But did not find jimin. To this point both Mrs. Kim and Taehyung were crying. They thought to call Mr. Kim and let him know about Jimin missing.

Just then Taehyung heard soft snores from behind the couch. Confused him looked behind it. Mrs. Kim noticed and followed him. His eyes widened. Jimin was asleep without any worries of the world.
He quickly took him in his embrace waking up jimin from his dream land.

Jimin's eyes sparkled seeing his hyungie. "Hyungie!!" He beamed. But Taehyung just sat there hugging jimin, tears running down his face.
"I thought I l-lost you. Please jimin be with me forever. Don't leave me." Taehyung sobbed. Jimin did not understand a word. Why is his hyung crying? Was the first question in his mind. "Hyungie why are you crying?"
"It's nothing. Nothing you need to worry about." Taehyung kissed his forehead and tickled him. Jimin laughed loudly. "Hyungieeee s-stop stop i-it hahaha s-stop." Mrs. Kim stood there adoring her sons. Finally Taehyung stopped. They heard a loud growling. It was Jimin's stomach. "Hyungieeee let's eat! I'm hungry!" Taehyung and Mrs. Kim burst out laughing.

End of flash back

Taehyung smiled at the memory. Unknowingly a tear escaped his eyes.
He missed it. He missed each and every second of it.

Just then a knock was heard on this cabin's door that broke his chain of thoughts. He quickly came back to reality wiping away the tear. He placed the frame back in its place and continued to work pretending like nothing happened. Back to Mr. Cold.
"Come in" he said.

Someone just poked his head in. With an adorable bunny-like smile, "Taehyung!......"
