Jungkook's Pov

I can clearly see that Taehyung is beyond furious. He hates it when jimin doesn't take his studies seriously, and bunking classes is a big no for him.
Taehyung shouted out Jimin's name as he made his way towards Jimin's room.
Noo... This is not how the lunch was supposed to end up.
I tried stopping him from calling out his name. But instead he increased his pace and before I could stop him he was already in Jimin's room.

As I entered the room, I was welcomed with a hurtful scene. Taehyung slapped jimin.
"Taehyung! Stop." I said trying to stop him
"Jungkook don't you dare interfere!" Taehyung said, giving me a sharp glare. I know he didn't mean it, he was just blinded by anger, right??

He focussed back on Jimin who was crying by now holding his cheek clearly confused.
"Now you, tell me how dare bunked your classes!? I don't send you school and waste my money so that you miss your classes and  wander around." Taehyung said tightening his grip around Jimin's arm. Jimin hissed at it unable to answer. Only soft sobs escape his lips.
"When I ask you a question, I expect an answer. Fucking answer me!!" Taehyung said losing his calm. When jimin still did not answer, Taehyung again raised his hand to slap him,
No I need to interfere.

Before Taehyung could hit him I pulled jimin at side with a jerk, dodging the hit
"Ahh..." A painful moan left jimin lips. I diverted my attention towards Jimin.
"Jimin, what happened?" I asked cupping his face and making him look into my eyes. Just then I saw a cut near his lips. I wasn't a fresh one, so thankfully it was not given by Taehyung's slap.

Jimin hissed when I touched it. It was a bit sticky, probably some kind of ointment.
"Jimin, how did you get hurt??" I asked.
Immediately after hearing this Taehyung came towards him. I step aside.

Jimin whimpered when Taehyung harshly grabbed his jaw inspecting the cut.
"It clearly looks like someone had punched you." Said Taehyung. Jimin's eyes widened. "Tell me the truth jimin did you again get involved in a fight!?" Asked Taehyung darkening his eyes.

Panic rushed across Jimin. He shooked his head rapidly. "N-no... No I-I didn't do any-anything I'm sorry plz-plz don't hit me. I'm so-sorry...." Jimin spoke trembling. He fell on the floor clutching his knees close to his chest and hiding his head in it. He constantly mumbled I'm sorry, plz don't hit me. Oh no he is having a panic attack!

"Jimin-" Taehyung was going to grab him but I had enough. " Stop it Taehyung! Can't you see ?? He is having a panic attack! Just go away for a while, let me handle it."

Taehyung looked at Jimin his eyes devoid of any emotions. "Plz Taehyung, just go." He left......

I sat down near jimin. "Jimin"  I called him trying to be as gentle as possible. I rubbed his back, hugging him, caressing his hair. "No one is hitting you jimin you are safe." I said a couple of soft words. We sat there for almost 12 to 13 mins. His sobs eventually turned into small sniffs.
He finally calmed down. I helped him to get up and made him sit on his bed.

I inspected his wound, the one near his lips. Then cleaned it using an antiseptic and applied ointment.
"Jimin, are there any more wounds and bruises?" I asked just to be sure.
He didn't reply, just looked at me once and then diverted his eyes again on this laps.
"Jiminah, feel free to answer, you don't have to think so much." I assured him.
He again looked at me and said, "My stomach hurts."

I nodded and made him lay down on his back. "Is it fine with you if I lift up your  shirt to inspect?" I asked not to make him feel uncomfortable. He nodded. I lifted the school shirt as he was still in it. The moment I did, I gasped. A deep blue bruise printed on this belly.

"Jimin, this.. what happened? How did you get hurt?"
He just looked away not wanting to answer. He needs to get relief first, questions can wait. Understanding that I started applying ice packs to stop it from swelling. I also gave him some medicines and finally tugged him to bed. He slept.

A few months ago unexpectedly jimin got into a fight. I still doubt that cuz jimin was a quiet boy. He never even back answered  and him getting into a fight was difficult to digest. But Taehyung believed cuz the principal said it was Jimin's fault and had hit jimin with a cane till it broke.

I looked at him, peacefully sleeping after crying so much. The tear stains on his cheek. I felt a pang in my heart.

This cannot happen once again, I have to talk to Taehyung.
