Beep! Beep! Beep!

I groaned as I reached over for my phone and turned off the alarm, my body hates waking up this early, I set the phone back down and slowly stretched myself out over my bed, I could feel my joints popping with each stretch it was wonderful.

Eyes struggling to open up as I could see tiny bits of the morning sun seeping through my curtains, at least I know it's going to be a sunny day, I'll be able to ride my bike to work instead of taking the bus or an Uber. I don't drive, I have a very bad fear of driving, people can be dumbasses when they are on the road and I always seem to witness a wreck almost daily.

I undid the covers and slowly but surely got myself going as I stood up, yawned while I stretched my body out, the most relaxing feeling in my book.

Surprisingly I was having a good morning, I don't usually get up and around so instantly usually I have to fight with my body to get going bur maybe because of me starting a new job and hopefully get to stay in one place for a while has me excited.

It's a good motivation work is.

~time skip~

I was up and ready to go, got my bag with all my gear, my uniform, my make up, a change of black shoes,  of course phone, keys and my wallet. I also had my bike waiting for me by the front door, I slipped my sunglasses on as I opened the front door and was hit with a bright ray of sunlight. It's definitely summertime.

I carefully brought my bike out and put the kickstand down as I went to close and lock the front door of my home, it's going to be a very long day I can see it.

I've already talked to my new boss on the phone, he told me where to go, where to get ready and when my time starts on my shift. My new boss seems like a pretty nice guy so far. I just hope the other employees are friendly as well from what I hear they are all male Mines, no girl Mines and that seemed strange but I won't think nothing of it.

I guess girls don't usually want to work as a mime and I understand that it's a lot of work trust me I even went to school for that training.

I missed the traffic rush thankfully so at least I didn't have to worry about getting ran over on my way to work, it isn't even noon yet and it's already hot out, it will get worse as the day goes on I just know it. Good thing I'm wearing my Jean shorts and a black tank top along with my hair up in a messy bun and my sunglasses to protect my eyes from this heat and bright light.

As I'm riding down the road I felt like someone was behind me I slowly turned my head to see someone riding they're bike up beside me, it was a male I don't know how old, when he rode past me he gave me a sweet smile and a wave and I gave that right back to him.

He seems to be going in the same direction I am I wonder if he is one of the SeaWorld mimes or just an employee in general. I'll have to see for myself when I get to SeaWorld.

I started to feel the sweat forming on my forehead and in between my joints as I continued to ride my bike, next time I'll leave really early in the morning just to avoid riding in the heat but that is just me joking around lol.

(Another time skip because I'm lazy sometimes lol.)

I finally made it to SeaWorld, no one was here besides the employees and security staff that stayed throughout the night to keep the place safe. They won't open until another hour so I should be good to find where I'm suppose to be going. I can only hope I run into someone who is working so I don't get lost.

I ride my bike up and get stopped my security, I showed my ID and the texts from my boss for proof that I'm supposed to be here.

"Go along then, hope your first day goes well!" The security guard says and I say thank you and I'll try and make my way inside. This day is getting me more excited and nervous at the sametime.

I don't know why though considering that I've done this before I guess it's because it's a much bigger crowd but I believe I can over come that fear.

Don't knock it till you try it!

I looked around while still having my bike in hand. I was lost, I don't get how I haven't ran into anyone yet who works here it's like everyone is hidden from my eyes. That is until I see that same guy I saw earlier that rode past me on my way here, he looked as if he was putting his bike up so no one would steal it, I needed to get my speed up to catch him he must know his way around.

"Hey! Excuse me!" I say with urgency and that gets his attention and turns around and looks me up and down before looking at me in the eyes.

"I don't mean to barge in on you but I need some help, I seem to be lost I'm starting here today as one of the female mimes and I don't know where the dressing rooms are so I can get ready for my shift do you happen to know where that is located?" I ask and he looks at me amused.

"Don't worry about it I wasn't doing anything important! And yes I do! I'm one of said mimes that work here, I didn't know we were getting a new recruiter for our little mime family here at SeaWorld" he says with a big grin on his face this guy is really nice.

"Oh really? Well I'm happy to be here, my name is (Y,N) it's nice to meet you" I said as I hold my hand out.

He glady takes it and shakes it "my name is Lynn, aka Lynn the mime it's nice to meet you as well"
