Meeting Vikram felt like a core memory to me, not only was I directly involved with Varun's family, but also formed meaningful connection with one of the members
I came to an understanding no matter people come from the same family; everyone held their individuality.
The vulnerability Vikram held, might not be noticed by his own family, yet he moves on with life like a passing breeze, holding onto what matters.
People fascinate me, their existence reflects things beyond imagination, thoughts, ambitions, emotions, everything about them is intriguing in one way or the other
Growing up with a single mom gave me a unique experience from others, but that didn't stop me from having a loving family by my side
And the people I met along the way, filled in the void of having a blissful life
I take a look at Varun's face illuminated with the brightest smile, teasing Reyansh for something he had done, Nina and Vikram adding fuel to the fire
And that's when I realized....
Maybe, just maybe...
Life is worth living after all.....
Vikram had to leave for India in 2 days, so we decided to make the most of our leftover time
After a painful browse for activities, we collectively decided on one place
AquaWorld , An adventure waterpark best suited for adventure water sports
Since the girls to boys ratio was 2:5, me and Nina had to agree begrudgingly
The park was 5km away from Reyansh's mansion, so we decided to hop onto his Black Mahindra Scorpio
The ride was enjoyable, but chaotic on its own way, cause of the typical boy jokes we don't get half of the time, so we just applied our lip glosses and winged the rest of the ride.
Holy smokes!
As soon as we entered showing our VIP tickets that Reyansh booked for us in advance, we were met with slides soaring as high as skyscrapers, an entire 30 acres of swimming pool, designed to meet the needs of various age groups, a water coaster riding high, a jumbo-sized water bucket drenching at least a dozen people at once, a seemingly never ending stretch of jet speed floating water boats with people wearing protective life jackets having the time of their lives
I was mentally cursing myself to agree to this, while Nina looked to be on the same boat
We looked at boys and we knew we were doomed, cause the faces they made told us enough about their excitement, as if looking forward to spending an entirety if time permits
"I think its best if you guys carry on, I'll stand here watching you guys" I suggested knowing I would get sour glances from these idiots
"Come on Aarna, you gotta loosen yourself a bit, come join us" Dev said preparing his googles
"Do you know how to swim?" Varun asked, looking a bit concerned
The stares I got was insufferable
I know he might have asked because of safety but the question wasn't helping much at that point
"I'm with Aarna you guys go have your fun, we both will check out the spa rooms" Nina said defensive, taking a step ahead
"Are you afraid of water witch?" Reyansh added removing his shirt, teasing her
Her eyes narrowed at him, and lingered on his body just for a few seconds more before replying
"It's called taking an opportunity around the facility, by the way we are girls, how can we join you guys in water?" Nina said trying to sound convincing
