Himari: I have. When I attempted the self-destruct protocol while the dimensional engines were down, I made an unusual discovery. It appears someone beat me to it.
Yuuka: (shocked face) What!? What are you saying? Someone already activated the self-destruct sequence?
Himari: That's exactly what I'm saying. As we speak, the Ark of Atrahasis is counting down till it explodes.
Everyone: (shocked faces) !!?
Ako: (puzzled face) Then... What does that mean? Is our job done?
Ayane: Wait a minute, how much time do we have until it self-destructs?
Himari: (pulls up holographic screen) As of this moment, over 170 years.
Ayane: Eh!?
Kayoko: That's a weird timer. Who could have done that?
Hanako: (deep thought) Hmm... I find it odd...
Sensei:
- "What is it Hanako?"
Hanako: We confirmed that our mastermind Pseudos possesses the same knowledge as all of us through the repeat phenomenon. Then, who's to say they would not have anticipated us going with the same plan again?
Rin: That would mean, he activated the self-destruct?
Hanako: Yes, I believe so.
Ayumu: Why though? Isn't his goal to help the Chroma, not work against it?
Rio: (long-range comms) I believe this is part of his plan. I can explain. After studying through the Ark computer, the multidimensional supercomputer has succumbed to a previous version of its operating systems, similar to reversing a modern update backwards to a core legacy system. By doing this, it affects several advanced features that are incompatible without the proper OS version, one of them being the command queue.
Yuuka: The command queue? The function of computers to execute input commands...
