Other Side Of The World (Taeil Block B) COMPLETE

"Megan?!" I heard my sister shout from the living room. She was always shouting from room-to-room. She was lazy. But I loved her. She was my rock and was always there for me when I needed her. Azra is 17 - turning 18 next week. She's 3 years younger than me.
"Meg!" Screaming this time, she slowly padded into the kitchen where I was preparing the food. I jumped; accidentally dropping my knife onto the counter with a crash.
"What now?"
"Someone caaaaalled you!"
"Who?"
"Guess."
"No." I hated this one thing about her. She always managed to tease me and push me to my last nerve.
"Awh! Come on, Meggieee!"
"No." I replied with a cheeky sneer, trying to let her know I was getting irritated.
"Fine! It's Taeil! He's come from Seoul to England for my 18th!! Aren't you excited?!"
I stared blankly at her; not knowing what to say to the little sister that loved my ex as her best friend so dearly. Instead I trailed out of the kitchen to the living room, where I took my phone from the table and looked through my inbox.
"Taeil: Hey, Megz. I hope you don't mind, but I'm coming to stay for Az's 18th. You don't have to talk to me or acknowledge me if you don't want to, but I just wanted to warn you. I hope we can be friends. Ill bring the guys with me too! I'll see you soon. Xx "
He wanted to be friends. How could I be friends with him being like this? I'm not good enough for anyone let alone a famous pop star...I can't even look after myself properly. That was evident the last time me and Taeil were together...why he wants to even associate with me...I guess I'll never know. Me and Taeil met in Seoul about four years ago. My sister and I were on holiday and we met in a club. It's more romantic that it sounds - I swear! He was rushing to find Jiho and the others but "accidentally" walked into me: pouring all of his drinks down my dress. He then proceeded to take me to the toilets, after apologising 5000 times, to clean me up. It was then that I had my first kiss. I could barely speak Korean, as I'm English, but through our long relationship together I slowly learned.
Azra sprinted back into the living room to find me. "Meggie?"
"It's okay...I'll reply. Don't worry...I'll be fine..." I slowly proceeded to tap the tiny keys of my phone.
"Taeil...it's been a while, right? Sure, why not. Come stay for a couple of days. It would be nice to see you again. Maybe we could hang out together or something?"
He didn't know. A secret I had been keeping for years now. I wasn't planning to tell him anytime soon either. I was too scared...What if he ended up wanting to completely cut ties with me? I was too scared. I hadn't talked to him for the past three months because I was too anxious of what he might think of me. I couldn't do it. No. No. No!
I felt a small buzz in my pocket where I had previously placed my phone after I had replied to Taeil. I gently pulled my phone out to see a reply.
"That sounds great! I'll meet you tomorrow then at the hotel at...let's say 2pm? Xx"
