??Caspian Love story??
When Lucy and Edmund are picked up out of the sea by Caspian and crew members of The Dawn Treader, they know it's time for a new adventure. With them is their cousin Eustace, who is anything but enthusiastic about where he has...
Another massive storm swept across the sea, making it impossible for anyone to get a peaceful rest. Night after night, day after day, the storm never subsided.
The entire crew struggled to keep the ship afloat, even Caspian spent hours day and night steering the ship. Miriam had tried to help too, but was sternly told by both Caspian and Drinian to stay inside for her own safety. She had also tried to sneak out when no one was looking, but Theo had caught her a number of times and she had to go back to the cabin again, disgruntled.
When Theo was not on duty, he spent time with Miriam in her cabin. They played cards and tried to pass the time by dreaming of life after this adventure. Sometimes they were even joined by Lucy and Gael, who had also been told to stay indoors.
On the nights Caspian wasn't out helping, he still came in soaked from head to toe, and Miriam had to put out dry towels for him to dry himself with before he crawled into bed next to her. They tried to sneak in some alone time when they had the chance but with the never-ending storm, it was hard to enjoy the forced rocking movements.
Another person who wasn't too keen on spending his time on a rocking ship was Eustace. He mostly stayed away unless he was forced to help. Most of the time he kept to himself and wrote in his diary. This night was no exception.
'For reasons beyond my comprehension... we've taken the advice of a senile old coot... who doesn't possess a razor and dawdles around in a dressing gown. So we're back in this tub and lost in a tempest. Brilliant! Fourteen days of being tossed like a pancake and not the slightest sign of land. The only consolation is, everyone is finally... as miserable as I am. Except for that show-off talking rat. He's one of those annoying glass-is-always-half-full types.'
Meanwhile, Caspian, Miriam, Edmund and Drinian was in the State Room discussing what to do with the storm and the food and water rations since no one knew for how long they had to be stuck at sea before they found land. Caspian and Miriam sat next to each other on the couch by the window as they listened to Drinian.
"So we're stuck here... at half-rations, with food and water for two more weeks, maximum. This is your last chance to turn back, your Majesties. There's no guarantee we'll spot the Blue Star anytime soon. Not in this storm. Needle in a haystack, trying to find this Ramandu place. We could sail right past it and off the edge of the world."

"Or get eaten by a sea serpent." Edmund joked but nobody was laughing. Miriam knew what was going through Caspian's mind for she was having the same thoughts. The same doubts and worries. But at the same time they were both stubborn and had a feeling that this situation wouldn't last. It couldn't. They had reached this far and with too much time invested in this voyage there was no turning back.
"I'm just saying the men are getting nervous. These are strange seas we're sailing... the likes of which I've never seen before."
"Then perhaps, Captain, you would like to be the one to explain to Mr. Rhince... that we're abandoning the search for his family." Miriam spoke up. They had made a promise to search for Mr. Rhince and his daughter Gael's wife and mother and Miriam would hate for them to break their promise. The girl needed her mother.
