Tink's pov

"Heya Tinkerbell, pleased to see you again."

I know that voice—the voice that caused all this, the voice that is the reason I will never see my sister, friends, or Terence again. I turned away from the invisible Pixie Hollow to see the Shadow Walker I spoke to yesterday.

"Hi," is all I could say without wanting to kill him.

"Where are your friends?" he asked me, as if he were not the reason they're gone. He acted like he was innocent when he knew what he did.

"Gone," I mumbled. I couldn't look him in the eyes without hating him.

"Do you have anywhere to go?" he asked.

"No," I replied with a half-truth. "There's nowhere to go." Nowhere I would willingly lead him. I could hide with Lizzie, but it's too dangerous for her. I won't let her get hurt.

"I have a hideout over at that tree," he told me as he pointed at the hanging tree not far from here. "You're welcome to stay there until we find your friends."

His offer may seem Genuine, but I know his real game. He wants me to find any other fairies that could have escaped. I can't let him find them. I may have failed Terence, but I'm not failing the others. But if I stay with him, maybe I could lead him away from them. Maybe I could find out how he made the seal and find a way to undo it.

"That would be nice," I replied, maintaining calm. As I grabbed my stuff for the long game, I asked a question I should have the first meeting. "I never got your name."

"It's Peter," he responded. "Peter Pan." As he flew off to show me the way, I saw Vidia in the bushes. I'm really glad she got out; hopefully, some more did too. I think she saw me talking with Peter Pan, but I can't explain what happened right now. So with a glance, I shot her a wink, hoping that she got the message.

Vidia's pov

I don't know what Tink is doing. I mean, she was talking to the Shadow Walker and is now going with him. Did he do something to her? Is he threatening her?

After I arrived back at the location, I sent Elwood on his way. I decided to keep a lookout and saw Tink get pushed out of Pixie Hollow right as the border closed. Just as I was going to fly to her, I saw the Shadow Walker talk to Tink and offer her a hiding place. I was about to interfere when Tink turned to look at me and gave me a quick wink before following the Shadow Walker to his hiding place. Knowing that wink, Tink must have a plan. But I'll have to wait until she is away from him to talk to her.

Resolved with my theory, I went back to Peg Leg Point to speak to the others. When I got there, the other fairies seemed to have found some shelter. Cera and Olwen found a way to make sure the flowers close to the water could provide us with a good hiding place, and I saw Elwood talking to Fawn and Lumina about something. Zarina then flew over to me.

"Did anyone else make it out?" Zarina asked me before noticing that no one was behind me.

"Tink got out," I confessed. "But she's with the Shadow Walker now."

"What!!" Fawn yelled before Cera calmed her down. "She got captured?"

"I don't think she did," I explained. "I think that Tink is playing spy."

"Why would you say that?" Elwood asked.

"She seemed calm near him, and she winked at me to give a signal," I claimed. "First chance I get, I'm going to get some answers. In the meantime, we should get everything sorted out. Zarina is working on creating winter pixie dust for the season, and we need to keep Pixie Dust use limited."

"So no summer camp?" Olwen asked. "That Lizzie girl is going to be so disappointed not to see Tink."

"Easy for you to say," I responded. "You're not the one who has to break it to her."

"You're going to deliver the news?" Lumina asked. "No offense, but you're not the most sensitive one here."

"None taken," I accepted. "But it's my fault Tink isn't with us, so I have to do this."

"So what now?" Elwood asked.

"Tonight, we rest up," I claim. "Tomorrow we get to work."

Terence's pov

Forcing Tink to leave without me is the hardest thing I've ever done.

After the seal took full effect, an old friend of mine, Baden, found me and helped me get my foot out of the branch. Once he got me out, he told me that Queen Clarion was calling for all fairies to meet at the Pixie Dust Tree to discuss events and flew off. I then walked to where Tink was placing her hand on the invisible wall. Without thinking, I placed my hand upon hers where the wall was. The scariest thing, however, was watching Tink talk with, who is now known as Peter Pan. I was forced to watch as she flew away with him to the hideout. Yet, something told me that she knew what she was doing. Accepting my choice, I went to the Pixie Dust Tree to meet with the others.

Once I got there, I saw Silvermist and Iridessa fly towards me.

"What happened?" Silvermist asked. "Where's Tink?"

"She got out," I murmured. "I got stuck, so I pushed her out of Pixie Hollow. She wanted to stay and help me, but I couldn't risk it."

"Why didn't you let her help you?" Iridessa asked.

"I love her," I whispered. "I can't make her stay just for me," I then spoke aloud. Before I could explain more, Queen Clarion called for our attention.

"Fairies of Pixie Hollow," she announced. "As you all are aware, Pixie Hollow has been blocked off, not just from the Mainland, but from Neverland as well." To this, certain fairies gasped while fairies like Rosetta, Iridessa, and Silvermist looked grim. "Fortunately, it seems a few fairies have managed to escape, and it will be up to them to preserve the balance. The Keeper is currently finding a way to break the seal over us, but until then, I regret to inform everyone that none of us will be able to leave for quite some time." With this announcement, Queen Clarion went back to her residence, and the fairies dispersed, leaving me alone at the Pixie Dust Tree.

I don't know how much time has passed since the announcement, but eventually Queen Clarion flew beside me.

"Did Tink manage to escape?" she asked me. Queen Clarion was always fond of Tinkerbell ever since her arrival and, like the rest of us, was very protective of her.

"Yeah," I replied. "Even if it meant I couldn't go with her,"

"Yes, Baden told me what happened, " she responded.

"She's with the Shadow Walker," I told her.

"What," she answered with an unusual alarm in her voice.

"I think Tink is going to try to get information out of him," I voiced my theory aloud.

"Why would you say that?" she asked me.

"Because I know her," I responded. "She would never willingly help someone who did this to us."

"I agree," she claimed.

"So what do we do now?" I asked her.

"Now, we must hope that Tink finds a way to save us."
