In the Moonlit silence, Morpho Knight hovered between ancient texts and dusty scrolls she found.

Her goal? Finding a way back to her world. Something urgent awaited her there. A mission left unfinished—someone yet to be absorbed… Again >:D

But no spell, portal, or dimensional rift had shown itself. Even the ancient books she “borrowed” from the museum gave her nothing but cryptic ramblings about the Past, Quirk, and something that wasn't related to the Portal and Dimensional rift timeline. She doesn't find any Information she needed in the moment, some Pro Hero and Teacher asking is there something wrong with her. Which, The Butterfly Warrior only answer 'I am Fine...' She wasn't Fine, she was stressed out.

Despite her frustration, duty called.

As a knight.
As a teacher.
And… possibly as an grim reaper. (She keeps forgetting that part.)

“Hey, Morpho Knight—do you have a favorite student in Class 1B?” He ask to the Morpho Knight as the Blond hair Boy look over the Warriors with a smirk.

Everyone went silent.

Was he trying to fish for praise? Stir up another unnecessary drama?

No one expected a response from Morpho Knight. Until—

“…My favorite?” Morpho Knight echoed, slowly turning.

Her wings flickered slightly as she thinking about it before answer it.
“I’m not quite sure why you ask such a thing… But yes.”

The class leaned forward curious who is her Favorite Students in the classroom, like a Girl who wants to listen another Gossip about Someone Boyfriend who is actually Gay- Wait... Nevermind, pretend the Narrator doesn't say that.

The Red and Orange Warrior finally answer The Mimic Quirk user question, that make someone goes... Shock “Ibara Shiozaki is my favorite student in this class. She has more manners than most of you… so I suppose that’s my reason.” She said calmly, without knowing what the reaction she would get.

[Class Reaction]

Monoma’s jaw dropped.
Tetsutetsu whispered, “Yo, she actually answered him?” He asked to his classmates that was besides him.
Pony blushed from secondhand embarrassment.
Ibara looked politely surprised by the revelation.

Morpho Knight calmly returned to the board, as if it were the most natural declaration ever. And the Classroom was still silent by the answer.

[Later – Teachers’ Lounge]

Aizawa raised a brow at her.

“You told students who your favorite is?” He ask to the Butterfly Warrior as she was filled up an File she was givin.

“It’s not a secret. The rest are either too loud, too chaotic, or too foolish. She stood out. That is all.”

“…You’re not even trying to play the favoritism card carefully.”

“Why should I? I’m not here for long anyway.” She said continued her work. Which is very long (Curses you, Nezu).

Aizawa doesn't asking further since He doesn't have business to know about it anymore...

[Evening – Rooftop Scene]

Morpho Knight sat under the fading sky, an open book in her lap—one of the stolen museum texts she take when No one was looking. No one would suspicious, especially when they're just see Butterfly flying Past around the Museum who was probably lost and THAT was sure wasn't Morpho Knight.

She sighed out of frustration.

“Still nothing…”
Her blade rested beside her like a loyal companion she have since the beginning of her Work.

“This world… delays me.” She mutters, she doesn't want to be in this World far too long, she still has Job to Do. Those joke can't do it by themselves, except for HER...

And Yet...
She looked at the students in the courtyard below—laughing, bickering, living their Best life.

“...Not worthless. Just… inconvenient.” She thought... As she looks over the Sky, Beutiful, as it was started to be Nighttime... She hope that she can go back to her World, She want to see him...

Morpho Knight gently pulled out a pressed flower from her cloak.
A gift from Ibara, given days ago.

She didn’t smile. But her wings shimmered briefly—like a silent acknowledgment.

[Headcanon: Morpho Knight was actually Cursed by someone so she Has to absorb someone Power to go back to her Origin Form. She needs someone Strong so she can become in her Origin form more longer]

And also, if any of you wondering why Morpho Knight Favorite Students was Ibara, not only because she has Manners but I would love to think that Morpho Knight like her because her Quirk was literally a Vine or sum like that. That Morpho Knight was interested in (It's kinda stupid I know, but let me imagine thing since we don't know what Morpho Knight whole personality at this moment).
