As you were leaving, Jungkook tugged at your sleeve.
“I’ll miss having you around to tell me my wolf designs look like badly drawn dogs.”
You grinned. “They did look like sad chihuahuas.”
“And yet I love you.”

Namjoon was balancing two lunch boxes and a giant thermos like an octopus, while you and Hoseok tried not to drop the dessert bag.
“Who’s idea was it to bring homemade bulgogi to Yoongi?” Hobi asked.
“Mine,” you said proudly. “He forgets to eat.”
Yoongi looked up from his workstation, dark circles blooming under his eyes, glasses slipping down his nose. “Are you all here to bully me into chewing?”
“Yes,” Namjoon said flatly.
“100%,” Hobi added.
You grinned. “And I made you dessert.”
Yoongi stared at you like you just gave him a second chance at life. “You made it?”
“Well, I supervised while Jin cooked. Same thing.”
Yoongi took the box reverently and said, “You’re my favorite today. Don’t tell the others.”
Namjoon huffed, mock offended. “I carried the whole meal like a damn stork!”
Hobi looked proud. “I added soy sauce.”
You rolled your eyes but beamed. Watching Yoongi eat in silence while the other two argued over who was the better kitchen helper made your chest ache in the best way.
---
Jin was frying something dangerously golden, while Jimin was decorating cupcakes with so much frosting it looked like sugary chaos.
“Don’t touch that—” Jin yelled just as you poked a sizzling dumpling.
“Too late!” you hissed, nursing your finger.
“You’re banned from this kitchen,” he sighed, pulling your hand to run under cold water.
“She’s banned and I’m the new sous-chef,” Jimin announced, flicking frosting at your cheek.
“You traitor!” you gasped.
Soon enough, it devolved into a flour fight. Jin was shouting, Jimin was giggling maniacally, and you may have licked frosting off someone’s nose. No one will confirm or deny.
When Jin finally sat you down with a warm plate and Jimin fed you a spoonful dramatically, you felt something settle in your chest.
“Hey,” Jin said quietly, ruffling your hair. “We’re proud of you. Don’t forget that.”
“I won’t.”
Jimin leaned his head on your shoulder. “Also don’t forget to smuggle back Japanese snacks.”

With only two days left, you called an emergency family meeting in the living room.
“I demand a day off from everyone. Work, gym, schedules—everything. Let’s spend these last two days doing stupid things together.”
Yoongi blinked. “You want us to take two days off mid-week?”
“Yes.”
Jin squinted. “Do we get to wear matching pajamas?”
“If you want.”
Hoseok stood dramatically. “Then I’m in.”
One by one, they all agreed. Because deep down, they knew this was it—your last free days before things changed. And if anything, they wanted to make these days count just as much as you did.
