"How can you be sure?"
"Wishful thinking," Dick answered. "And Zaria's tracking Green Lantern's Ring."
"You people have your feral brother and I have mine," I shrugged.
"And the abductee shipment at the docks?" Cassie asked.
"Aquaman came across the intel while searching for La'gann which is why I sent Green Lantern and the two Tamaraneans to help," Dick said, glancing at my Ring when it started to glow. "It apparently matches Red's following."
"Get us underwater, Miss M," I ordered and stood up once I saw the ships. "Nightwing, same alien tech as the bomb used in Mount Justice... They're inside."
"Reminds me of Blue's armor," Cassie pointed out as my eyes narrowed. "You don't have X-Ray vision, do you, Red?"
"I'm Tamaranean, not Kryptonian... But after being stranded in one too many battlefields with your brother, you pick up on certain habits."
"Like staring at every shadow twice before moving forward?" Cassie teased, though her hand flexed over her lasso like she was already itching for a fight.
"Like picking up discreet signals he left behind," I corrected, eyes locked on the seemingly glowing algae surrounding the base. "My brother likes the subtle approach at times... I prefer to blow stuff up."
"Which is why you're here and not in there," Dick pointed out and I rolled my eyes. "Alpha Squad, you're within telepathic range. Are you aboard?"
"Affirmative," Barbara answered. "We have a visual on the new aliens, aka the Kroloteans competitors, aka the Light's partner. And we've got other company... It's Aqualad. If he makes us, we're over."
"Stay whelmed, he won't be looking for you. Just don't attract attention... Green, we're looking at you mostly."
"Hey, at least I'm not like my sister! I've been behaving and trying to prevent Kory from having a panic attack!" Kyle defended. "And Ryand'r looks weirdly comfortable in these pods... though, they are rather roomy."
"They were sold into slavery and experimented on around the same time I got my Ring. It's a long story," I waved it off. "M'gann is already inside. I'll be joining shortly."
"Does being Tamaranean mean you automatically need to go through trauma!?"
