Once the three of them snapped out of their shock, it was total chaos. Maran had already walked off, leaving behind two squealing women and one mortified bride-to-be.

Abhi and Gayathri clutched each other, eyes wide, grins stretching ear to ear, their laughter muffled only slightly by their palms.
Agalya panicked, rushing to cover their mouths. "Yeii... kathadheenga di!! Ellarkum ketra pogudhu!" she hissed, her face flushed red, half from embarrassment and half from that one kiss still burning on her cheek.

Abhi, unable to contain her excitement, whispered dramatically, side-hugging Agalya, "Akka... idhu unnoda first kiss-nu mattum sollidu ka... illana en mandaiye vedichirum!"

"Aama..." Gayathri chimed in, eyes twinkling, "...ana avanga kuduthadha paatha first time madhri theriyalaye!"

Agalya's expression twisted into sheer horror. "Hy... chi! Enna di pesittu irukkenga! Adi vaanga porenga, rendu perum!" she threatened, though her blushing face betrayed her.

Abhi clicked her tongue, brushing off the warning. "Adi dhaana... adichiko ka. Solluuuu... first kiss-ah?" she teased, dragging the question in a sing-song tone.

Agalya opened her mouth to deny it, but the words just... didn't come. She sighed, cheeks puffed and pink, and gave a tiny nod — barely a hum.

That was it. That one small nod sent both sisters into a frenzy. Abhi and Gayathri squealed, hugging each other and jumping like children who had just won a jackpot.

Agalya pressed her palms to her face, groaning into them, her heart still fluttering uncontrollably. She could still feel his warmth — the confidence in that single bold act. Her breath came unevenly, her mind rewinding the moment again and again despite her desperate attempt to stop it.

And amidst the whirlwind of laughter and teasing, one thought settled clearly in her mind — he's going to pay for this.

Not that her trembling smile was helping her sound convincing.

But what was happening on Maran's side?
A completely different kind of celebration.

He sat between Noor and Arivu, surrounded by his men — yet mentally, he wasn't even there. Their teasing words flew past him like background noise. His lips still tingled, his heartbeat hadn't returned to normal, and every cell in his body was replaying that single moment — that kiss.

He hadn't planned it. Not even close. He just wanted to tease her, maybe see her flustered a little. But then she looked at him — with that mix of shyness, beauty, and challenge — and something inside him simply gave up trying to be composed.
