"Heyo, lovelies, guess where I'm going this week?" I smiled at the camcorder in my hands. "BEACH CITY!" I threw up my free hand in excitement. "I actually got the request to investigate some stuff, from another blog, called 'Keepbeachcityweird,' so thanks for that, as well as a bit of background info about the town itself!" I looked off camera towards my weekend bag. "You only sound like kind of a crack-pot! Either way, I'm going to explore. Although, aliens aren't exactly my realm of information." I rattled on for a few more minutes, just enough to pass for a short vlog.
As soon as that was over, I uploaded my lame excuse of a video to Tumblr. I closed the tab soon after posting an apology for the lack of quality in my recent videos. I wasn't going to deal with anons today, regardless of whether they're hate anons or not. Tomorrow I'd have to leave for Beach City. Then, I'd have to get unpacked in my hotel, do my pre-expedition vlog, then stay up for another six hours so my sleep schedule was jacked up enough for me to be wide awake in the woods at two in the morning.
I casually pushed my suitcase over the edge of my bed with my foot, simultaneously setting my laptop on my nightstand. I would be out on the road most of the day, so it would be best that I slept sooner rather than later. I had a long day ahead of me, and I was ready to take on the world.
