Arin's POV
I walked down the hall and knocked on Matt's door and waited. Finally he opened it, looking a little disappointed.
"What time are we going?" I asked him.
"I'm heading down in a minute."
I nodded. "I'll come with you."
He shrugged. "Let me grab my stuff."
We were heading down to the venue for tonight's show, it was a little early to leave but I was bored, being stuck in the room. I was guessing there was another reason Matt wanted to go down.
We headed downstairs, running into Johnny on the way.
"Where you two going?" He asked.
"We're heading down now." Matt explained.
Johnny glanced at his watch, frowning. "It's a bit early."
"Yeah well." Matt said getting into the elevator that had just arrived. "He's always suspicious." He said as the doors closed.
"Yeah." I agreed. "Have you seen Tash today?"
"Nah." He said scratching his head. "She's been down there all day, something was missing."
I smiled to myself. Now I knew why he wanted to go down early.
We got in the car and headed off.
"I hope you don't mind but I invited Karly tonight." I told him.
"That's okay."
"She's probably gonna bring Regan."
"I'm not interested." He said quickly.
"I know." Oh I knew. "So what are you going to do?"
"About what?"
"Natasha."
He looked out the window. "I don't know."
At least he was admitting something. Sort of.
"Are you, you know?" I asked.
"No, what?" He asked, looking at me. "Maybe." He mumbled. "I think so."
I nodded.
"Johnny." He added.
Ah yes, the crazy older brother. "It'll be okay."
"Will it?" He murmured.
He was quiet the rest of the way and when we finally arrived (traffic was a nightmare) the place was busy, everyone still setting up.
I followed Matt, he was walking around, looking, for Natasha was my guess and as soon as he saw her he headed straight for her.
She was playing with a mic stand and smiled widely when she saw him. She glanced at me and tried to hide her excitement at seeing him.
"Everything sorted?" Matt asked her, shoving his hands in his pockets.
"It is now." She said, turning back to fiddle with the mic stand.
"Good." He said.
I watched him out of the corner of my eye, Tash had on a pair of tights and a singlet top and he was looking her up and down, chewing on his lip.
"I'm going to go for a look around." I told them, giving them time to themselves.
I walked around, checking everything out. I was kind of excited, it was my first show overseas with the guys.
"Arin." Someone called. "There are a couple of girls here who say they know you."
I headed over, happy to see Karly. "I'm glad you came." I told her.
She smiled at me.
"Is Matt here?" Regan asked, looking around.
"Somewhere." I shrugged, but I was pretty sure he didn't care that she was here.
"Let me show you around."
I gave them a tour, lastly ending up on the stage. Matt and Natasha were gone.
"Wow." Karly said. "I'm impressed."
"Me too." Regan said, still looking around for Matt.
"Come on." I said leading them back out the back. "Let's get you a drink."
I lead them to the room where there was drinks and food set up and we sat down, talking.
I still hadn't seen Matt and Natasha when I heard a familiar voice.
"I'm here." Johnny yelled, walking into the room, making an entrance.
Fuck. I stood up, excusing myself. Where the fuck was Matt and Tash?
"Where are you going?" Johnny asked me.
"Toilet." I mumbled.
I walked out and started looking around. Where could they be?
Finally I turned into a corridor and spotted them, hidden in a corner. Natasha was sitting on some boxes and Matt was standing in front of her. He said something to her that made her laugh and as she threw her head back he reached out, stroking her face.
"Guy's." I called out.
Matt jumped away quickly and luckily he did because Johnny came up behind me.
"What are you two doing back here?" He asked suspiciously.
"Natasha wasn't feeling well." Matt said quickly.
Yeah and he was giving her mouth to mouth, I added silently.
"Come and get some water." Johnny said and Natasha jumped off the boxes quickly, going over to him.
"You look flushed." Lil told her, putting her arm around her and guiding her away. "Do you have a fever?"
Oh she was flushed alright, with a fever of a different kind.
As Matt walked past I couldn't help myself, I winked at him.
"You saw nothing." He mumbled.
"Not a thing." I told him.
Only I had. I'd seen alot.
