Josh Washington x Reader Sequel

We soon joined the group after the most awkward cable car ride ever. The cop in charge, Steven, was telling everyone that we would be setting up camp for the night and start the search tomorrow in the day. There were three tents, two of them could fit four people to a tent and the other could only fit two people. Not really knowing the others I asked Steven if I could have the two person tent, agreeing I take the tent and start setting it up. It's not like I don't want to get to know people its just that I have a much bigger goal in mind right now and I cant get distracted. 

"Need any help?" rolling my eyes so hard I swear they almost got stuck. I turn around and see the pest of the group, Alex.

"No I'm good" I turn back not wanting to address him anymore

"Oh come on I know you find me interesting and since you're going to be the outcast cause tent space I can always stay with you" he winks at me and has a sly smile on his face.

"Actually I'm going to be her partner for the tents" says a girl who is blonde haired-with a tint of pink in her hair on the tips- and blued eyed. She nudges Alex out of the way and takes her stuff and places beside a tree. She comes over and starts putting up the tent, he gives her a scolding look and walks away.

"Hey I'm Olivia and you're Y/n right?"

"Yeah I am. Also thanks for that, that guy is too creepy for me" she laughs and nods her head.

"Yeah he likes to flirt with everyone. Trust me the biggest douche I've ever heard. I don't personally talk to him but the others girls fall all over him"

"Oh god is that why the girls all decided to join the search"

"More or less. But I honestly wanted to help because I heard your friends interviews and thought that if something really is going on then we need to make sure that there is a valid reason why no one comes up here" I just nodded my head and we finally finished the tent.

"So Y/n, why did you want to come back with everything that happened?" I decided that she seems like someone I could trust. I told her that I wanted answers to unanswered questions, though I didn't tell her exactly why I needed answers.

"Hey Y/n can I talk to you?" I look behind me and see Mike standing there awkwardly.

"Sure" I walk towards Mike and he takes us to the side beside some trees just slightly in the sight of the rest of the group.

"I just want to clear things up with us-"

"Mike I know that I was angry and hated you but I knew that you only did what you did cause you wanted to save me and do something to Josh. I'm sorry for what I said". He just smiles at me and pulled me into a hug.

"I didn't care that you said those things I was just upset cause you saved Jessica and I couldn't save Josh for you. I'm also sorry, I truly am"

"It's okay" we kept hugging for a little just to comfort each other

"I'm glad we cleared everything up and are we still friends" I lightly punched him in the arm and smiled

"Of course"

We soon joined the group I met the rest of the group and everyone was interesting. Carli and Alice were just gawking over Alex the whole time and Olivia, Rachel, and I were just talking about life and what we were planning to do with our lives after this. Mike and Derek became best friends and Derek was the jokester of the group that everyone lived. He was so witting and made everyone laugh; throughout the night I could tell that Olivia and Derek had a thing for each other, it was too cute. I wish I could find Josh quick enough and we would could do stupid couple things, I missed him a lot.
