The day wasn't very busy, I woke up, went to work, usual things. Now I'm with Cas again outside a bookstore. "Hey, Cas?" I asked and he nodded. "What are we, exactly?" I said nervously. I don't know whether or not we're together, I mean, I like him a lot, he's very attractive, and I think he's right about John, but I don't even know if he's into guys, I guess I kind of just assume everybody is gay. "We are coworkers, Dan. We work together at the record store, remember?" he said and smiled at me for a second and then his face dropped to a frown. "Hey hey, what's wrong?" he said with his eyes filling with concern. "N-nothing, I- Just- Why are we here? Do you take all your coworkers out like this, do you get to know all of them? Like this?" I said and heard my voice crack and I'm almost positive he did, too. "No no, don't cry Dan, I don't really take anybody out. I just fancy you over everybody else. If it's making you upset then we can stop, I won't even talk to you at work if it'll make you happy. I didn't even realise, I'm sorry, Dan." I chuckled. "Um, Cas, can you take me home now." He sighed and grabbed his keys. "Alright, let's go." he said walking towards the car to get my door for me. "Cas I can open my own door, thanks though. He just laughed softly and walked around and started the car. The ride was silent beside the random humming of Cas when he'd know parts of the songs on the radio. As we pulled up to my house Cas parked the car and didn't even look at me. "Cas, can you come inside?" I say shakily, what if I actually fucked this one up? He shakes his head "Why would you want me to do that?" he asked, still looking everywhere but at me. "I would feel better if you did," I paused, "and I think we need to, um, talk." He sighed and took the key out of the ignition, "We can't do it here?" he asked. "No, just come on." I said putting on my best puppy dog face, "Please?" I said dragging out the e. "Fine," his lips curled up slightly as he got out of the car. Once we got inside we took a seat on the sofa. Now we were just sitting in silence, I guess I should say something since I made him come in. "Hi." I said and laughed a little, that was the most idiotic thing anyone could do in this moment. "Hi, Dan. Bye, Dan." he said and started to get up. "No! Cas, let's watch a movie while I think of how to say what I want to say to you." I say bringing him towards my shelf of blu-rays, "Pick whichever one you like." I say pointing to the shelf. He looked at the shelf in deep thought before picking out "Fifty Shades of Gray", "Why on earth do you have this movie, Dan?" he asked showing it to me. "For kinky whores like you," I winked and laughed, "no but really, I think that's my friend Mary's, she usually controls what movies stay here." He laughed, "Sure Dan, I'd love to meet this Mary someday, she sounds very imaginative." he says in a voice of pure sarcasm. "Don't believe me all you want, Mary is real, and awesome, you would like her, really." I said thinking of Mary. "Whatever, let's watch this while you think." he said handing me "Minions", I really need to look over which movies Mary has here.
