Pete's Pov
The next day I called Andy and told him I would be coming over to see Patrick. He said Patrick moved back into his place and that's were I felt like my heart almost stop. Andy said not to worry though, Patrick moved back because Elisa was staying somewhere else. Which made me happy.
I knocked on Patrick's door only to be greeted by Patrick's mom. "Hi Mrs. Stump."
"Pete. What are you doing here?"
"I'm here to talk to Patrick."
She looked back inside and then back at me, "I don't think that will be possible."
"Why not?"
"Well, Patrick is busy right now getting back together with Elisa..."
"What?" I murmured.
"Yeah, Patrick still has really strong feelings for her. And he practically begged her for forgiveness... Pete I know your the father of the baby Patrick's expecting, but let him be happy with Elisa."
"I'm sorry to say this Mrs. Stump, but please don't tell me what to do." I walked away and drove off in a hurry. Patrick was back together with her again. He practically begged her, was the one I was most upset about.
I stopped the car and looked up, at Andy and Joe's house. I think it was best, I went to a bar instead. I decided to get out and go inside. I knocked on the door Joe answered, "hey, Pete..."
I instantly wrapped my arms around him and started to cry... "Whoa, dude What's going on!?"
I just cried even more, I felt so weak and stupid. He pulled me inside the house.
"What's wrong with Pete?"I hear Andy ask. Joe shrugged, before pulling me away from him.
"What's wrong dude?!"
"Pat... Patrick got back with her!"
"What!?" the both said.
I shook my head and wiped my tears, and told them everything that happened at Patrick's house.
"What did he begging on his knees?" Joe asked.
"I don't know, I didn't see him at all while I was there. The worst part was when his mom told me to back off."
"That doesn't sound like her... She's always been nice" Andy says.
"Maybe she changed after what happened. We all know Patrick's mom was the happiest when he started dating Elisa" Joe said.
"Yeah, and I ruined her happiness with my baby... I really need a drink."
Andy shook his head, "No you don't... That's what got you here in the first place. You need to go talk to Patrick, If he wants to get back together with Elisa that's his problem. But you have a baby together and you need to work that out."
I shook my head, "I don't want too... Besides it's not just the baby, I want Patrick too. That's what's killing me the most, that I don't have him."
"Well crying in here is not going to help." Andy pushed me right back outside into his car and Joe right behind us.
"Where are we going?" I asked.
"To Patrick's house, you two need to talk."
"Andy no, he's busy with her right now."
"Not for long..." Joe says.
"Patrick's mom, not going to let us-"
"Pete stop making excuses. We will take care of mama Stump while you talk to Patrick."
I sighed, there was no getting out of this now.
Patrick's Pov
When Elisa came over to talk, my mom started going on about our relationship and how we make an amazing couple. She asked her to forgive me, well more liked begged her to forgive me.
That's when I had enough and I told her to leave us alone to talk. Of course she went on a little bit more before she left the room.
"I'm sorry about that."
She chuckled, "that's fine, your mom is really sweet... I own you an apology too, I overreacted."
I shook my head, "No you didn't. I think I would have reacted the same."
"Patrick, I do still love you. Even if you can get pregnant... It was a mistake right, maybe you could get it removed and-"
I shook my head, "I'm not having my baby removed anywhere. He or she will be born."
"Okay so adoption..."
I shook my head again in frustration, "No! I'm having this baby and he or she will be with me. I don't want to get rid of my kid, okay?"
"Okay I'm sorry, it's just how is this going to work... What about our kids?"
"What are saying Elisa, that you could never see my baby as one of your own?"
"Well it's... Pete's kid not mine."
"Yeah, Pete's the dad and he does have rights I will never take away from him. But if your telling me right now you don't want me, unless I get rid of my baby then I guess we have nothing else to talk about."
She shook her head, before placing her hands on mine. "Of course not babe, I want you. It's all so new to me... Will you forgive me?"
I nodded slightly, "yeah, I get it."
I was about to lean in to give her a kiss, but she moved away from me and walked to the door. "I'm going to tell Patricia the good news."
