waking up seemed different. a good kind of different. i woke up to the sight of joshua, eyes closed, mouth slightly open, and hair all over the place. his arms were securely wrapped around me as i traced different shapes and patterns on them. i then started to place kisses along his neck and jaw, hoping he'd wake up soon because i really had to pee. josh groaned, then softly mumbled "babe, stop it." dragging out the 'a.' i continued drawing and giving a few kisses here and there until joshua finally opened his eyes. "g'mornin baby boy" he softly said, morning voice in tact. i could listen to his morning voice for hours on end. there was something about it that just made him - i don't know.. sexier. "morning joshy," i said. followed by, "now can you let go, i really have to pee." i giggled. he did as told and i went my ways.

i walked into my room finding no josh in sight. "josh?" i called out. "down here" josh yelled back. he must've been downstairs. i found him in the kitchen cooking breakfast. i wrapped my arms around his waist, resting my head on his shoulder. i strongly inhaled, i hummed in response. "smells yummy." josh guided me to the kitchen table. "i'll be right back", he said, winking then leaving to go back to the kitchen. he returned to the table with two plates filled with the perfect breakfast. it's been a while since i've had a decent breakfast. i thanked him as we dug into our meal. josh is truly a blessing.

it was now around 1:30 in the afternoon and josh and i were sitting on the couch. his arm was under my waist and my head was against his chest. we've become so close over this past week, it's so comforting knowing i have someone like josh. i really need to thank brendon for introducing grindr to me, otherwise josh and i would not be in this position right now. i feel like him and i are really hitting things off. all the cute pet names he's given me and the many cuddles we've shared. plus, it just feels right.

josh's pov

lately, tyler and i have become extremely close. we know each other like the back of our hands. he's such a sweet kid and i'm really hoping to ask him officially to my boyfriend. granted, we've known each other for a little over two weeks, but time doesn't mean anything. what matters is the feelings we have for each other. and i am more than certain our feelings for each other is right on top. the kisses tyler gives me makes my stomach erupt with butterflies. as childish as it sounds, its true, and i'm one proud motherfucker. he also gives nice cuddles, and cuddles are a number one priority in my book.

i'm thinking about bringing tyler on a date to ask him officially. all i'm hoping for is the best. "tyler?" i asked, peeking over his shoulder to see if he was awake or not. he responded by humming. "would you like to go on a date tonight?" i questioned, scared of what he'll say. he rose from my chest and turned to face me. "i'd love to josh, of course!" he squealed, face immediately turning red from excitement and slight embarrassment. "great, great, great! wear something fancy and be ready by 5 tonight. i'll be here to pick you up. i'm going to head home and get myself ready as should you." i grinned, watching his face as he processed the information i told him. "alright, sounds good j, i'll walk you out."

standing outside the door, he wrapped his arms around my waist. "thank you for breakfast and spending the night. i'm really glad you came." he smiled up at me. "no need to thank me, i had a really nice time with you tyler. i'll see you soon, yeah?" i asked, placing a kiss on his forehead. nodding, he waved and shut the door.
