Chapter 10:FINALLY!

It was morning and everyone had woken up. Mel cooked breakfast and everyone, still in their pajamas, ate breakfast.

Ian: This is a great breakfast Mel, just like every morning.

Mel: Thank you honey.

Shane took a deep breath. It was time for Shane to tell his parents about what he and Dee-Dee saw last night.

Shane: Mom...dad...we have something important to tell you. It's something me and Dee-Dee saw last night at Aunt Dani's house.

Mel: What happened Shane.

Ian: Yeah tell us.

Shane: Well...actually I...uh...

Dee-Dee: WE SAW DANI IN HER BASEMENT AND SHE WAS YELLING AT A GIRL WHO LOOKS ALOT LIKE AUBRY AND HER NAME'S KALEL AND SHE WAS CRYING AND SHE HAD BOO-BOOS ALL OVER HER BODY AND SHANE THINKS THAT SHE'S AUBRY AND KALEL'S MOMMY.

Mel and Ian stared at Dee-Dee in astonishment. Then they turned to Shane.

Ian: Shane, is Dee-Dee telling the truth.

Shane nodded. Mel sprung out of her chair, kneeled down in front of Shane in tears.

Mel: Shane, did you see her chained onto the wall? And, Dani called her Kalel???

Shane: Yeah.

Mel looked at Ian.

Mel: It all makes sense! Aubry turned out to look just like Kalel. 

Ian: And when the doctors returned to the hospital, Kalel's body mysteriously disappered.

Shane: Wait...so,,,Mrs.Padilla didn't have a funeral???

Mel: No. Nobody knew what happened to her body...but the doctors couldn't feel her pulse for some reason so she was immediatly pronounced dead. 

Shane: So what are we gonna do now?

Mel: Ian, call Anthony right now and ask him to come over. We are going to Dani's house and we're breaking open that door.

Ian: Alright.

Mel: Kids. Get ready.

Meanwhile at Anthony's house:

Anthony: You finished all your cereal! Good girl. 

Anthony picked up Kalel and kissed her cheek.

Anthony's phone rings.

Anthony: Hello?

Ian: Hey man! This is gonna be the best day of your life you are not gonna believe this!

Anthony: What?

Ian: Kalel's alive and we know where she is!

Anthony: What?!

Ian: Just come over and I'll explain everything!

Anthony grabbed the girls and rushed to Ian's house. They all jumped into Ian's huge van. Ian explained everything.

Anthony: THAT B**TCH!!!

Kalel: What's that dad?

Anthony: Someone you better not become.

Kalel was confused and just went along with it. 

Dee-Dee: We are going on an adventure!!!

Mel: We certainly are. That wretch is dead!

Ian: You can say that again.

Aubry: Shane, is mom really still alive!

Shane: Yeah!

Aubry put her hands over her mouth. She was going to see her mom! Her sister will too!
