Things weren't really going well for anyone. Aubry was forced to work with someone she dislikes, Shane is torn between two women, and Darla is troubled by her brother's secret.
Meanwhile at Jon's dorm:
Reid: Why are you tidying up?
Jon: Oh... I'm working on a project with someone and she's coming over to work on it.
Reid: She?! A SHE?
Jon: Look it's nothing! We're just gonna work!
Reid: Dude this is sick after 3 years a girl's coming over to your house! After Melanie broke up with you...
Jon: DON'T! Just... just stop. Never mention Melanie again and I don't even like Aubry. So just stop.
The doorbell rings. Jon opens the door without saying a word. Aubry looked at Jon.
Aubry: Hello to you too.
Jon glares at Aubry as she walks past him. The two spent hours working on their project. The two hated each other. But they had brilliant minds that made a brilliant masterpiece. When the two were done, Jon talked to Aubry without looking at her.
Jon: You know, I've always disliked you, but, I love what your mind can come up with.
Aubry looked up and starred at him for a few seconds.
Aubry: Thanks. You're quite brilliant as well.
Jon finally looked up at made eye contact with her.
Jon: Thank you.
Aubry: Um... I should... go.
Jon looked over to her and nodded.
