Eydis Ayston was just a normal girl-
Besides one thing:
She lived alone on an island with her Deadly Nadder, named StarSong.
One day she comes across an old friend of hers. And meeting new friends causes more trouble than you might think...
Eydis...
"Wait, you want me to distract Dagur, while you go free the gang?" Heather asked Hiccup, after she had arrived at Berk. "Exactly," Hiccup answered, "Will you help?" Heather sighed, "I suppose." She smiled. "So,Heather distracts Dagur, while we go get Eydis?" Tuff asked. "And Astrid, and Snotlout, and Fishlegs."Ruff said. Heather laughed. "Right. And them, too." Tuff said. "So,when do we do this so called plan of yours?" Heather asked. Hiccup smirked, "Tomorrow night."
*That Night*
Eydis crept around the cell again after everyone had fallen asleep. She sighed,as she had no luck finding any way of escape. She looked up at the ceiling. The moon shown through small cracks in the ship. Eydis gasped, "That's it! I'll find a a crack big enough to rip open." She whispered to herself. She tried reaching the ceiling, but couldn't reach. She walked over to the cell door, and climbed up the bars. She felt around the ceiling. "Nothing." She whispered, just as a loose board rattled under her hand. She gasped quietly. She pulled at the board the best she could, and eventually could get her hand in the crack. She slipped her hand in and pulled as hard as she could. She fell and landed hard on the floor as the board suddenly came loose. "Ow..." She groaned,as she stood up,holding the board in her hand. She set the board down and climbed up the cell door for the second time. She climbed up through the hole and ended up on the deck. Eydis heard someone coming closer,so she threw up her hood and hid behind some crates. The guard walked by,then Eydis slipped quietly back down to the bottom of the ship. She looked inside different cells, and eventually saw StarSong. "Don't worry, girl. I'll get you out as soon as I can." Eydis whispered. She slipped back up to the deck, then back through the hole into her cell, where Astrid,Fishlegs, and Snotlout were still sleeping. Eydis put the board back in place and walked back over to the wall and sat down. "Wait till I show them what I found." She whispered, just before she fell asleep.
*The Next Morning*
"That won't work either! We've thought of everything, including smashing a hole in the ship, but nothing would work!" Astrid sighed,as she leaned against a wall, crossed her arms and put one foot against the wall.

"Astrid,Hiccup will think of something. We just have to stay positive." Fishlegs said. "I'm trying, but we have been in here for days. And most of the time,Hiccup,or ourselves, would have gotten us out by now." Astrid said, clearly frustrated. "Ya know,if it wasn't for Eydis,we wouldn't be in this situation." Snotlout said, crossing his arms. Eydis, still sitting against the wall, said, "I said I was sorry." "Yeah, well sorry doesn't cut it!" Snotlout said. Eydis sighed. "Snotlout,it isn't Eydis' fault. It was our poor planning that got us caught." Fishlegs defended Eydis. "No,Fishlegs,he's right." Eydis stood up,and glanced around at Astrid,Fishlegs, and Snotlout. "It is my fault you guys are in here. I was stupid enough to think Dagur could be trusted, even after what Hiccup and Heather had told me. And,I think,I might be able to get us out." Eydis said, walking over to the cell door. "How could you possibly get us out? All you've done was just sit against the wall." Snotlout said. "No,wait. I think she might have something." Astrid said, standing next to Fishlegs and Snotlout. Eydis started climbing the door. "Uh,there's a ceiling. You can't climb over." Snotlout said. Astrid punched him. Eydis ignored him and climbed to the top. She felt for the loose board, and when she found it,she pulled on it. It came out,but she dropped it,and it hit Snotlout in the head, and he fell to the floor. He groaned as he sat up. "He probably deserved it." Astrid said, "Wait, you found an escape?" She looked up at Eydis. Eydis nodded, "I can fit through, and get the key. Then I can let you out, then we get our dragons and leave." She said. Fishlegs smirked at Snotlout, "And you thought she couldn't do anything."
