First, Frisk pointed at the taller figure. "This is Papyrus. He loves to cook and loves puzzles." she spoke in a soft voice. Oh how you loved to hear it. She would be a great singer if she only trained her angelic voice.

After a pause she pointed to the flower, making the same facial expression it made on the picture. "I'm Flowey the Flower!" the child mimicked the yellow flower with a giggle.

"And who is this?" you pointed at the shorter figure with something that looked like hotdogs on its head.

"That's Sans. Sans the Skeleton. He is lazy and loves to make puns."

It made you proud to see how Frisk worked with her characters. Even now you liked to create characters and try to make them cool. You wrote stories, painted some paintings or drew comics.

"Knock, knock." you started a pun and with your word a fire lit in Frisk.

"Who is it?"

"Dishes."

"Dishes who?"

"Dishes a very bad joke."

the both of you laughed. Maybe you weren't a lazy skeleton but you could make puns. Bad ones, but they were funny enough to make Frisk laugh.

Suddenly Frisk stopped.

You gave her a confused look.

"(y/n)... Why are you crying?"

Huh? Crying? Slowly you lifted your hand to your cheeks. They really were wet. How strange. Why would you cry just now? This didn't made any sans... - any sense! What the hell was wrong with you?

"It's nothing Frisk. Don't worry. So tell me, from where do you know those skeletons?" somehow you tried to change the subject.

"I dreamed about them tonight."

"Was it a nice dream?"

She nodded. That's when you knew she didn't liked to speak anymore. "How about you go to your room while I tidy up?"

Once again she nodded, the run of to her room, leaving her drawing in your hands. Sighing you looked down. Somehow the skeletons looked familiar. You decided to make a sketch of this 'Sans' using Frisk's drawing as a reference. With every move the pencil made the skeleton looked better.

"Arg... You're drawing again?! When will you accept it, that this is a hobby for children? Why don't you do something normal?" Your mother hovered over your shoulder – an annoying look on her face.

"Mum, art is more than a hobby."

"Art won't pay your rent." the woman stated.

You jumped up from the couch with your drawing pressed against your chest. "It will."

"No, it won't"

"You tell me to go to work while you never worked a single day in your life!" you yelled loudly. You had it enough. Every day since the break your mother tried to talk you into changing college. She wanted you to move out for once year now. For her you were only a burden.

"Don't you dare yell at me!", your mother yelled back angrily.

All of a sudden you felt like you went through this talk already. You saw pictures of Frisk running away before your inner eye. And as you turned around you saw the child hiding behind the kitchen door. Something in you made you shut down and think. It was more than a déjà vu.

"I... I'm sorry." you muttered, then you picked up your pencils and crayons and run to your room. This fight couldn't not end. If Frisk really would run away something really bad would happen.

Sighing you sat down on your bed. You'd talk to your mother when Frisk goes to school. That would be for the best.

"*That's a wonderful idea." you heard a high-pitched voice say, but as you looked around there was no one in your room.

And as you looked down onto your drawing tears started to form once again.

How could you forget?

How could you forget about your promise you made or about all the timelines you went through? Was it even real? It has to be, since you felt your heart tighten as you thought about Sans. There was no way you would love someone who doesn't exist.

But there was one problem...

He was in the underground not even knowing you have ever existed and you were at your home not sure what to do. Fear filled your heart. Chara was no treat anymore but were you really able to stay in front of Sans as if nothing ever happened?

No... you weren't.

But still you had a promise to keep - even if the time runs out.
