.chapter eight.

"I kissed Pete" I signed. Gerard hadn't replied so I decided to carry on "It just felt like the right time so I leant in and kissed him. He didn't kiss back so I ran off the the toilets and cried for 20 minutes." He looked shocked. "Oh Mikey" He signed. "You didn't see him after the kiss?" I shook my head and replied "No, I dont even know where he is, we were meant to give him a lift home" I explained. He nodded. "You should text him and appologise" Gerard lifted his head up a little, I got confused a little.

"Mikes mums calling you" I looked around for his many mirrors and looked in it. I looked like utter shit. I have no time to clean up. So I stepped out of Gerards room and went down stairs. "Yes?" I signed as walking into the living room. Then I saw it, or more like him. He was sitting on the sofa picking at his nails. "Can you give us a minute?" I asked my mum she nodded. I sat next to Pete and looked at him. "I'm sorry" He started to sign. "Its okay" I signed back. Though I didn't know why Pete was appologising, I was the one who kissed him. I pulled out my phone and texted him "I'm sorry, I'm the one who kissed you and then proceed to run away" He read the text and started to reply with "Its okay, It was just a shock. I didn't expect you to like me back" I stopped for a second as I read the second part of the text.

'I didn't expect you to like me back' He likes me? Well obviously he wouldn't say that if he didn't like me. Oh my god Pete actually likes me what the hell. "Dont be so suprised, you're a really sweet amazing attractive boy, Pete. I'm suprised that all the boys and girls dont have crushes on you" Before I could read over it I had already sent it and he was reading it. He soon replied with "You're a sweeter amazinger attractiver boy, Mikey. I really like you and I'm sorry I didn't kiss back I've never kissed someone before and I was just scared and it was all happening to fast" I nodded to myself and blushed at his words. "Maybe we could try again" He added. I closed my phone down and placed it next to me, Pete doing the same. Once he finished placing his phone down I gentally placed my hand on his cheek.

Our face inched together and soon enough I had that butterfly feeling in my belly again. They were quickly replaced with explosions and fireworks once our lips pressed together for the second time. The kiss only lasted a couple seconds. Once we broke away I smiled at him and wrapped my arms around his shoulders and his around my waist. We both rested our heads on each other. I felt content with the suituation I was in. I really like Pete, and Pete really likes me. I could get used to this.

"I've gotta go" He texted me, I nodded and he left a kiss on my cheek and left. I waved him good bye and rushed up stairs towards Gerards room to tell him the news.

"It was Pete, we kissed again and he likes me and I really like him, though I don't know if were dating yet I hope so" I signed as soon as I caught his attention. He smiled "Congratulations little bro" I laughed and fell next to him on his bed. "Whats wrong Gerard, you look angry" From the corner of my eye I saw him shrug. "Please tell me Gerard" He sighed and got ready to tell me his story.

"Basically yesterday I went round Frank's house and his parents weren't home and things got heated once we got to the bedroom I said no and he got a little moody with me because we apparently never do anything. I'm to scared to tell anyone but I don't feel confident in my body, I dont wanna have sex with Frank, not because of him, but because of me and my bits and pieces" I looked at him and thought for a while. "If you feel that way you should tell Frank. He should accept your decisions and if he doesn't I'm sorry but he isn't worth it" He nodded and a tear slipped out his eye "I just dont wanna lose him" He explained. "You wont, he'll be fine with it, he'll accept you and he will help you figure it out. I promise Gerard. Now go talk to him, tell him how you're feeling" I signed to him and he smiled at me "Thanks Mikey you're amazing" He stood up quickly and hugged me. "I'm gonna go talk to him"

I sat in Gerards room for a few minutes. I hope Frank understands, he should he loves Gerard. I stepped out of his room and into mine and Ryans. Talking about Ryan were is he? I need to talk to him, make sure hes okay. I walked into my room and saw him wrapped up in a ball on his bed. "You okay Ryan?" I signed he nodded and smiled at me "I'm amazing, I'm texting Brendon, hes an amazing dude I swear" I laughed at him and signed "I'm glad you've made a friend Ryan, I need to meet him and speak with him" I smirked and laughed some more. "Hes amazing and we go together really well. Hes really hyper and talks so much and I'm a little shy and dont talk that much, we're a perfect match!" He signed back I smiled, I'm so happy hes made a friend. I dont have to worry about him being alone anymore.

"Me and Pete kissed" I texted him. "YOU WHAT?!" He replied. "We kissed, on the lips twice. Well actually the first time I kissed him and he didn't kiss back,the second time we both kissed and he kissed back!" I blushed at the thought of me and Pete being in a relationship. Imagine walking around school with Pete attached to my arm. Us stealing kisses at the back of the class room. Passing cute romantic notes in the middle of classes. Just imagine it would be the dream! "I'm happy for you Mikes, I really like Brendon" He replied after a while. It probably took him a while to admit it. "You should ask him out soon, not straight away, get to know him a little more than admit to liking him. You'll be adorbale together!" We stopped talking for a while. Ryan probably talking to Brendon whilst I read some comic books I stole off my brother, Thanks Gerard

My life is getting better, I mean I've got more friends now, hopefully Gerard and Frank work it out and than hopefully Ryan and Brendon become a thing and finally I hope me and Pete become a thing

I went out yesterday with my friends and I got Three Cheers For Sweet Revenge and The True Lives of the Fabulous Killjoys. I had a good time though so yeah! Do you like the longer chapters? Or should I keep to 1000+ words or try and get to 2000+?
