Not Today - Twenty One Pilots

Tyler POV

We spend the day cuddling and talking with each other, and I wouldn't change it for the world...

I was just in the kitchen when mark walked in

"We need to do the soundcheck, you come with me?" He said

"Yeah, I was just making tea for Rosie, I'll go when I give it to her, be right back" I said while walking to the back room

"Here is your tea, my lady" I said while kissing her hand.

She was laying in the couch with a blanket,  her toes were showing, revealing the pink fuzzy socks she loved to wear, she looked so fragile..

I resisted the urge to take her in my arms and protect her from all the evil in the world, instead I talked to her

"Mark and I are going to the venue, for the soundcheck" "please don't do stupid things when I'm gone..." I said with a smirk on my face

" oh, yeah... The show is tonight, can I go with you guys?" She asked

"No, there is no way I'm taking you with me tonight, you are still sick, you know"

I looked at here while I said this and her beautiful face formed in a frown.

"But I'm feeling better now..." She said in a little voice

"No, this evening you'll be alone, try to get some sleep when I'm gone"

"Yes mom..." She giggled

I gave her a quick kiss before I walked away

I was told to get rose to the venue, there was a surprise for her

I walked to the bus when I thought about this,
I opened the door, trying to make no sound

I saw her standing in the kitchen, I looked at her for a slight moment,

She looked stunning as always, I looked at the soft curves of her body, her clothes that highlight the best of her features.

I closed her eyes from behind

"Hey, Honey... I'm glad your back" she said

I turned her around, making sure she still couldn't see anything while she...

Kissed me?...

I cupped her face while I deepened the kiss

I felt her soft lips, although they were slightly chapped. I could taste her minty ChapStick, My hands stroke her back lightly, she wrapped her arms around my neck and played with my hair, she bit my bottom lip playfully.

I've been waiting for this for so long...

She broke the kiss and our eyes met...

She looked terrified...
