Only One (Maze Runner Newt Love Story)

"Don't ever come in here again!!!" My father screams at me he has the flare which alot of people I know have apart from me and my brother. "Lizzie what are you doing dad could kill you come away from there" Thomas speaks to me urgency could be heard in his voice "I just wanted to ask about the people who mom was talking to you know the people who will be able to take care of us because we're special" I answer him trying to explain why I was in my parents room.

"Just come on we have to go before he can get out of his room or he might hurt us again" Thomas said quickly grabbing me hand and pulling me away towards our room.

There was so much pain and fear that filled the air, I clung to my mother as she held Thomas and me in her arms.
"Please mommy please we don't want to go please we want to go back home" Thomas sobbed as she pushed through the crowd towards a fence "no mommy no I don't want to leave please mommy" I screamed as she passed me and thomas of to the people on the other side of the fence "I love you both remember" she shouts over the screaming as we where carried away to a transporter I was separated from Thomas and made to sit next to a 'Asian coloured' boy and a dark skin boy who looked around a year or two older than me.
"Hey I'm Alby" one of the boys said next to me "I'm Elizabeth, what's your name?" I asked the other boy, "Minho" he answered sticking his hand out for me to shake.

"Hi I'm Newton" the sandy haired boy next to me said "hey I'm Elizabeth my brother over there is called Thomas" I said pointing over from where me and Newton were sitting eating our food "which group are you in?" He asks looking at me as we continued to eat our food "I'm in group A with my brother and a bunch of other people who I've never meet" I answer sounding very energetic as his face lights up "wicked!! I'm in that group as well" he says his voice was different to alot of people's who've I have heard talk "come on we have programming to get down" Newton say getting up and offering me his hand "I wish I was like my brother and his friend Theresa they get do design trails" I say taking his hand making it sound like the stuff they had us doing was really cool "maybe we'll get to design the trials soon" Newton reasures me as we walk away from our table being shortly followed by a guard.

"Exceptional work miss Edison know let's see if Thomas can crack it" the lady said swiping my finished work onto my brothers desk top were he and Theresa started going over it to see if they could crack the code. "Times up know have you completed the task" the lady asked both children shake their head "no well it seems we have some brains in the trials, miss Edison".

I'm being dragged through corridors refusing to go where ever I'm being taken. I look around Fourteen "please please don't send me in there I promise to complete all the work just please you cant send me in there!" I pled while trying to fight against the people who were dragging me.

"I warned you Elizabeth the first time when you arrived here we don't like rebellious subject and since we can't get rid of you because your far to importatnt it's time you joined your group in the maze" a voice says from behind me as I'm pulled into a room "Just remember everything will end up changing some day".

"Know say good bye to your sister Thomas" the man says cold heartedly
"I'll find you i promise liz i promise" the boys say squeezing me in a hug
"Don't worry minho and alby will look after me tommy i won't forget you i promise"I answer as salty wet tear stream down my face.
"Remember you're only in there for a month without me okay don't let those shanks bully you okay your faster and stronger..." he says before I cut him off.
"I might be slightly younger than you Tommy but I'm stronger than all you boys put together" I say jokingly.
"Times up know come Elizabeth"the man shouts out I don't let go of Tommy.
"Bye little sis please don't forget me okay please I'll see you in there okay good luck okay" Tom says quickly as I'm being pulled away.
"No Thomas please, no Nooooooo Thomas!!!!!!!" I shout as I'm being pulled out of his grasp.

Black is all I could see, 'I must be dead' I thought but I could here some one talking to me "we really need you to wake up Liz you've been out to long some shanks are starting to think you've gone and left the maze for good, you missed the new greenie he's really funny was comfused about all the screaming but yeah he'll live" the voice said to me "Minhos starting to lose all hope he really could do with your curiosity and keen I eye in the maze" it's Ben who was talking to me once I heard the voice again I tried opening my eyes but nothing happend then I tried to answer him but I couldn't even open my mouth.

"Newt really needs you Lizzie please wake up we're starting to feel lost with out you please wake up...... i have to go I'll come back tomorrow" and with that he left and I felt so lonely making me try harder and harder to open my eyes, to try and move my arms and legs. It feels like hours until I feel a sudden burst of energy as i start to see some light.

My eyes flicker open as i stare around the room that I'm in i know I'm in the homestead but I couldn't tell which room I'm in.

"Newt"

Hey everyone please dont be angry I know I've been gone for so long but I've finished all my transfer tests and I've got about three or four more weeks till summer holidays where I'll be writing loads (hopefully).
I know the memories sound really bad but I had to image alot about what punishments Lizzie would had received while there with wicked.
