Playing a love game with Mr. Player

I danced around while unpacking the stuff in my room! Yea I said my room! My own room, the party house is remarkably bigger than the regular house. This was our old house before we moved to where we are now. We kept this house in case we ever needed to have functions. Our parents use it a lot for business socials and things like that. Our parents wanted to downgrade since it was just them, me and Justin. Then Mel cam to live with us after her parents died and I shared my room with her, in order to keep the guest room cleared up, in case we had guests. We were going to turn the movie room into her room, but we never actually got around to it. Maybe after Devin and Jess move out, we'll actually do it.

"Come on Coco. Come dance with me." I picked her up and spun her around.

"Wow, that's really sexy!" I turned around and saw Devin. I laughed while placing Coco on the ground.

"I know right!" I walked to Devin, and pecked him on the lips "So what's up sexy?"

"Nothing! it's just that Mel put me on the new year's ball duty." He said with a slight smirk.

"Wow that's a big job!" I replied with a giggle.

"I know. I don't wanna screw it up!" He replied with his voice dripping in sarcasm.

"Oh, I'm sure you'll find the biggest, shiniest, ball out there." I said jumping on my bed and patting for him to join me.

"I have no doubt that I'm gonna kill it!" I smiled he pushed me on the bed and climbed on top of me. I laughed "So, missy, when do I get my treat?"

"Later! I told you this already!" I replied rolling my eyes.

"I'm sorta getting impatient." He sighed, rubbing his nose against mine.

"But patience is k-!" he leaned in and pressed his lips on mine. My whole body started tingling, like it normally does when he kisses me! Our lips moved in sync for a little while, before my little piece heaven was interrupted by a knock at my door. I laughed at the annoyed face Devin just made.

"Ugh! Go away!" he said for only me to hear then rolled off of me and fixed himself. I laughed

"Come in!" I said while fixing myself, we looked like we were innocently sitting on my bed and nothing was happening.

"Danie- am I interrupting something?" Jess asked taking a step in the room and looing in between Devin and me. He looked at me then pouted and I giggled

"Nah, he was just telling me about his job for the party! Very important stuff. What's up jess?" I asked turning away from Devin and focusing on his sister.

"Oh ok, well Mel wants to talk to us!" Jess answered pointing behind her.

"Alright!" I said before rolling out of bed. "I will talk to you later!" I said pointing at Devin.

"I'll be here... patiently awaiting your return." He said before grabbing Coco and laying on my bed.

Jess and I walked out the door and downstairs to the "discussion room" where Mel was waiting.

"Good, you're here have a seat!" we took a seat near her at the long table where she had lots of papers set out.

"Ok, so we are splitting up the work! Ok, so who wants the guest list?" Mel asked grabbing one of the folders in front of her.

"Not me!" I said shaking my head. I hated talking to people. I did not want the task of inviting like 100 people.

"Ok, well, I guess you have the guest list jess!" Mel said sliding the folder over to her.
