I Thought I Loved You But I Didn't

"I don't know." Beastboy shrugged

"Oh C'mon. You have a million things to say but only now your speechless." She said rolling her eyes,"Never thought I'd see that day come."

"Hey. I don't talk that much." He defended. She raised her eyebrow at his statement."Okay, okay. I do talk a lot."

"Finally you admit it." She said sarcastically then smiled.

' Oh that smile I love to see so much ' he thought, smiling back at her.

Just then the waitress came to them and handed them their order. She gave Raven her blueberry milkshake and chocolate muffin while she gave Beastboy his chocolate milkshake and blueberry muffin.

The waitress had brunette shoulder length hair and green eyes. She had her light blue uniform on which was a dress that went knee length but she had obviously rolled it up to mid thigh. She saw Beastboy so she undid some of her buttons to show off her cleavage.

"Hey you. Aren't you Beastboy from the Teen Titans?" She asked.

"Yeah I am." He said with a brief smile and turned back to Raven.

"Well, I'm Darcie. I think it's cool that you can change into animals." She said flirtatiously while twirling a lock of her hair with her finger.

"Thanks." He said to her.

"You know. If you need someone to be with you, I'm available." She winked, placing a hand on his shoulder , slightly massaging it.

He chuckled uneasily before saying, "I already have a girlfriend." He said removing her hand off his shoulder.

"Well if it doesn't work out between you and your girlfriend, give me a call." She said pulling a piece of paper out her pocket and putting it on the table. She winked before leaving.

He turned back to Raven who was holding her phone up, recording the whole thing while trying to hold back her giggles but failed miserably. She stopped the video and began to have a giggling fit.

Beastboy sat there pouting. He looked at the corner of his eye and saw Raven still laughing and then she looked up at him. She held back more of her laughter and composed herself. She then put her hand onto of his and said,"I'm sorry Gar. I know that it's funny to me but not to you." She said still stifling her laughter.

"Okay. I guess it was kinda funny." He said shrugging then smiled when she grinned.

"See. Just need a little bit off humor in your life." She said.

"What. Please. I'm the king of comedy. Humor is my life." He said smugly.

"Yeah. Suuure it is." She said sarcastically and rolled her eyes.

"Rae, can I ask you a serious question." He asked.

"Yeah sure. What's wrong." She asked worried.

"I was just wondering what that Darcie girl was saying. If me and Terra do ever break up, will I ever find someone that I love like her? And if I don't, will I go for people like Darcie?"he asked.

"Don't worry, Gar. I'm sure you and Terra won't breakup because you guys love each other too much to do that. And if that does happen, with is highly unlikely, I know for a pure fact that you would never go for a girl like Darcie. You'll always be with the one you love." Raven reassured, entwining her hand with his. She gave him a little squeeze for hope.
