A Xenomorph's Child [2] ?

          Bliss woke up to the sound of her name. She slowly opened her eyes seeing the bright light of morning shining through the trees above her. She got up and climbed out from under the logs. She looked around knowing she heard her voice being called but as a minute passed, she soon doubted thinking it was only in her head. That is till she heard it again.

        "Bliss!" She looked around and smiled knowing that voice. It was her mother. "Bliss! Where are you!?" She held the doll in one hand as she ran off looking around. "Mommy!" Bliss didn't see her but she could hear her voice calling from a distance. "Mommy I'm here!" She looked around frantically not seeing anybody but the towering trees that seemed to run with her eyes when she looked around. "Bliss?" She turned around and saw in the distance the person who she wanted for two days. Her mother.

        "Mommy!" Bliss ran towards her and quickly felt the loving embrace of her mother. "Oh my god Bliss!" Becca held her child closer to her and felt tears pour out of her eyes. "Singh! She's here! Bliss is ok!" She called out knowing that her mate was somewhere near and that he was even more worried about their daughter than she was. The next second, there was a pair of black hands and a tail wrapped around Bliss but also Becca. Bliss smiled and closed her eyes, always loving the feeling of both her parents holding her close to them. "My god Bliss, who had us worried sick!" She frowned a bit not liking the feeling that she made them upset but it soon faded away when she knew she was now back and safe with her family.

         "Where were you?" Bliss looked up to her mother's face and she closed her eyes and looked down but answered. "I-I was just gonna go play, b-but I got lost and I-I was so scared." Bliss felt tears sliding down her cheeks but they were wiped away by a claw from her father. She slowly looked up, her hair covering the edge of her eyes and face. "I'm sorry mommy, daddy, I didn't mean to make you mad." Becca sighed and held her as she petted her hair. "Oh Bliss, we aren't mad." Singh hissed in agreement as he stroked his daughter's back with his tail calming her down to where she stopped crying. "Come on, let's get you back home."

           Becca picked her up and held her in her arms as Singh got up on his hind legs and walked close beside them as they headed back to the direction of their home. Bliss smiled and held her mother harder not wanting to wake up and find out that this was a dream. But she knew it was real and that she was finally going back home. But she knew she will have to tell her mother and father that other humans are here. But she didn't know that they were not the kind of people she thought they were.
