Once Again

Everything was a success after that.

Our proposal project with the company overseas. It was all settled, thanks to the video we made, also to Hanji with her negotiating skills.

It was a few months after our marriage, and still, it felt like we're newly weds.

Every night, we would sometimes fool around or go out for drinks with friends. Though there were nights I couldn't forget. Nights where we made love.

In the morning, we would wake up from kisses and cuddles.

Pillows were soft and it accompanied me to my slumber. I slowly opened my eyes, traces of sleep were still there.

When I stretched under the sheets, I felt a pair of arms wrap around my waist just like every morning I wake up.

Followed by butterfly kisses trailing from my back and up to my neck.

"Eren..." I said in a low voice, giggling at his actions early in the morning.

He responded with a long kiss upon my neck "Hm?.."

"It's too early in the morning..." I said.

He chuckled, his voice husky in the morning.

"What's to be embarrassed about? It was so late last night and yet you were screaming my na—"

I kicked his knee to stop him from whatever embarrassing he was about to say.

"Quiet, you" I said. Eren chuckled, nuzzling his face onto the crook of my neck.

"You better calm yourself, [nickname], now that I'm sure you're carrying a little someone in you"

His hands rested upon my bare stomach and I blushed.

Will it be a little Eren? Or a little me? Twins maybe? I don't know.

But I swear, I'll make a happy family for me, for Eren and for this little someone we're about to welcome to the world after nine months.
