The World in Two || G!Sans (Rewriting)

I was woken up by Alphys knocking something onto the floor. I opened my eye's and looked over to her. 

She takes notice in me staring and jumps a bit.

"H-h-hey S-Sans. I-I didn't s-see you th-there." She stuttered walking over. 

She looked from me to Luna, who laid sound asleep on the bed. 

I sighed and looked to her, gently taking her right hand in mine.

Alphys looked her over, injury wise on the outside. She'd check her ribs and stomach later, during lunch or something. 

She had me clean the dried blood from her face last night when we came back. It felt so good to know that she was alive. 

She looked to be in pain when we got her out. She shifted in her sleep in Tori's arms. Tears stained her eyes as we made our way back yesterday.

I was so caught up in my thoughts I didn't notice that Alphys had left until I looked up.

I looked down at our hands. I'd been in this spot all night, but not once had she held my hand back or woken up. 

I wouldn't blame her. From the looks of it and what Gaster briefly said she was beaten bad and tried to hold it all together.

He said something about her SOUL. And that I'd have to ask her to tell me about everything when she wakes up.

Papyrus got worried about me staying by her side all night. 

As if on cue his and Undyne's voices filled the hall, breaking the silence as they came into the room.

We had told Papyrus to tone his voice down so she could sleep, and he did. 

"Hey Sans. How is she?" Undyne asks walking up and sitting in the chair on the other side of the bed.

"Alphys says she's doing okay so I'll have to take her word on that. She hasn't woken up yet though." I say, not taking my eyes off our connected hands.

Undyne sighed, and Papyrus took a seat next to me. 

"She's strong Sans. She'll pull through. You know that." Undyne says, making me look up at her. 

I sighed but put on a small smile. 

"Yeah. She'll pull through." I mutter and look back to her.

We go silent for a moment as quick footsteps fill the room. I looked to see Frisk running in. 

"Toriel made breakfast come on she's not serving until all of us are there." Frisk signed.

Undyne nodded and got up, along with Papyrus.

"Come one Sans. She'll be fine." Undyne says walking towards the door.

"Undyne is right Brother. Come to breakfast with us. Luna will still be here when you return." Papyrus said putting his arm around me.

I sigh and get up, Papyrus smiles and we leave the room.

~Luna's Point Of View~

For the first time in 2 weeks I was able to sleep. For once in the 2 weeks I've been gone I feel safe. 

Slowly, I open my eyes to see the familiar lights of the infirmary. I sit up on the bed and immediately regret it, as a sharp pain runs through my sides.

I groan and lay back down. The sound of a gasp and something dropping could be heard. I look over to see Alphys. 

"Hey Alphys what's up?" I ask, voice soft and cracking.

"O-oh my god. L-Luna. H-how are y-you f-feeling?" She asked walking over.

"Sore, but I'll live. Could I get something to drink?" I ask shifting a bit in the bed.

She nods and leaves to go get something to drink.

I finally get a good look at the room and myself. I was covered in bandages, and bruises.

I move my right arm in front of me and look at the wrapping around it. The palm of my hand had a pink tint to the bandage, probably from the cut.

If I wasn't in total pain I'd get the chip from my back pocket. 

I sigh and put my arm back to my side. 

Alphys walks back into the room. A glass of water in one hand and a slice of pie on a plate in the other.

"T-Toriel said to t-take this up in case y-you wake up." She said handing me the glass of water and setting the pie next to my bed.

I take a sip of the water, the cold liquid ran down my throat. I sighed and put it on the table with the pie.

"H-here you can sit up. J-Just be c-careful with your ribs. H-here." Alphys went and got a pillow from another bed.

Carefully I sat up, trying to ignore the pain in my side. Alphys sets the pillow behind me. I lean back into the pillows, wincing at the stinging pain in my sides and back.

Alphys walked away to get something while I began to eat my pie slice.

The sound of foot steps filled the hall, breaking the silence of the room. Undyne appeared in the door way.

"Hey Alphys. Troiel told me to bring you some pie. Hows..Lun...a..." She trailed off seeing me eating my slice of pie.

Alphys walked back out and giggled at Undyne's expression.

"What? Did you think I wasn't gonna get up?" I ask smiling my weak smile. 

Undyne stayed silent as she handed the pie to Alphys. She walked over to me and sat down.

"Undyne you ok-"

"What happened to you? Do you know how worried we all were? We all thought you left us and left without a word." Undyne said, flicking my forehead instead of punching me.

"Ow. One I have no idea how I was taken. They were Humans and they wanted to know all about you guys. What you all were capable of. Your strengths. Your weaknesses. Everything." I say picking up the glass and taking a sip.

Undyne and Alphys's eyes widened. The sound of footsteps filled the hall but I ignored it.

"It was like I'd been taken to hell. Monsters yells and screams filled the halls. They tried everything to get me to tell them about you guys. They tried to drown me, beat me, nearly kill me. But I didn't say anything about you guys once. The whole time I kept on praying that you guys would come and get me out of that hell hole." I stopped and took in a breath.

"The moment the alarms and yelling started I knew it was you guys. I opened the door and saw Frisk run past. It confused me as to why Frisk was there but was relieved to be reassured that it was you guys." I stopped and continued to eat the pie.

Undyne looked to the door way and smiled. I followed her gaze, shoving a piece of pie in my mouth.

There in the door way stood G and Papyrus. 

"Hey Dove."
