G/T YouTuber AU The average life of a high schooler, sorta

It was lunch, and just like every lunch Jack got into the Human lunch line. He thought Felix was crazy in allowing Marzia to pick what they ate for lunch, she liked some, different, things.

Jack stood in line, waiting for his turn to get a tray, when he felt a nervous tap on his shoulder. Naturally, he turned, to see Signe. "H-Hey Sean, did, did you forget about me?" She asked, she looked nervous but happy to see him. He smiled down at her. "Yeah, I kinda did, don't worry though, I did remember long enough to tell the other's about you." Her nervs seemed to worsen, and all the color from her pale face drained. "How-how many Giant's do you sit with?" He frowned a bit, she really was nervous. "Uh, like, three, though Dan is sick today, so it will be Mark and Marzia, who are Giants, and you, me , Felix, and Phil." He said, listing them off on his fingers. She slowly nodded, looking behind him. "You should probably go." She said. At first, Jack was a bit hurt, then he looked behind him and noticed the large gap behind the person in front of him and him. He blushed hardcore and hurried on.

After they had gotten through the line Jack looked around for Mark, who should have been waiting for him. Finally he spotted him, over by the Giant's line, staring out over the crowd of Humans, but Mark wasn't looking at the Human line, where Jack was supposed to emerge from, he was looking at the Human side of the lunch room, the side where all the Humans were supposed to sit. "Hey Mark! What'er you lookin' at?" Jack called up to him. Mark seemed to snap out of his own little world and look down at Jack. "Oh, um, nothin', ready to go?" Jack nodded and Mark crouched down to pick them up. Mark's lunch tray was already at the table. He rested his hand near Jack's feet, Jack looked over at Signe, "Are you going to be ok with riding on his hand?" Jack asked. She looked between Mark and his hand, and stepped back, as if she wasn't going, but then she looked at Jack, his hand outstretched to help her on, and a weak smile apeard on her lips.

Gawd he loved her smile- Wait what?! They had just met! Besides, there was no way she would want to date him, right?!!!!! "Yeah, I'll be fine." She broke him away from his confusing thoughts with her hand in his, stepping up on Mark's hand. His face burned as her fingers brushed his. She smiled back at him as he did the same, he then sat her down. "Mark has to stand, it will get bumpy and you don't want to be standing when it does." He explained. She nodded, then looked down at their hands, still intertwined. She blushed explicitly as she let go and looked away from him.

Mark rose his hand to his chest, and carefully stood, keeping his eyes down at them, not wanting Signe to get too scared. Jack nodded up at Mark, giving the signal that all was OK and that he could continue.

So they walked over to their table and Mark slowly set his hand down on it's surface. The two tiny Humans slowly stood to get off his hand. Jack moved his hand down to Signe's and got off Mark's hand, helping her from it as well. But Mark saw, though it wasn't noticeable unless you were as close as him, that both of their cheeks had a heavy dusting of crimson on them. He smiled, Jack had a serious crush on this girl, he could tell. He would tease him about it later, but he was not only happy for his friend, finding a girl that actually agnowliged his existence in the first week of school was amazing, but he also felt a little jealously. What would Jack do if they ever started dating? Would Jack completely forget about Mark? Would he relize being around people his own size was more fun? Mark's smile faltered. Was he going to lose his best friend?

Ok, Maybe Mark was being a little overdramatic. Jack had said before that Mark was his best friend, and that nothing was going to change that, and besides, Signe wouldn't be his best friend, she would be his girlfriend, well of course she would be his best friend, but it would be in a different way. Mark wished he could convince his mind of what he already knew, but it didn't seem to be working, and he completely tuned out when Jack gave the introductions.
