Mason's POV
Matthew's eyes widened as I slowly ran the knife down his face, angling the tip of the blade just below his cheekbone.
"Do you wanna know how his knife felt as he cut into my body?" I whispered as I did just that, pressing down slowly, watching his skin turn white. Matthew winced, eyes screwed shut as his skin split open. Blood began beading up to the surface. I dug deeper, dragging the blade down his face as Matthew began to squirm underneath me and shriek in pain into the gag.
"Hurts doesn't it." I said as I moved my blade over to his collarbone. I began to make quick slices into his collarbone before grabbing his shirt and ripping it open. Matthew's tears began to roll down his face, mixing with the blood from the gash on his cheek as they made their way down his jawline.
"He told me that I was going to be his canvas..." I said, running my hand down Matt's chest. "that he would turn me into a work of art that only HE could appreciate and admire."
I suddenly slashed into Matt's chest and he screamed in surprise and pain. My breathing began to pick up as I felt my rage continue to build. Matthew's body began to shake as I added slice after to slice to his chest and stomach.
"He told me that no one would care that I was gone." I said as I pressed my knife blade down onto his stomach sliding slowly and deliberately... just like he had done to me all those years ago.
"How does it feel Matthew?" I breathed out as I continued to press the blade into his stomach, watching the blood spill onto the basement floor. Matt screamed in agony, hands and legs jolting in their restraints. "How does it feel to be COMPLETELY HELPLESS!?"
"Mason, stop this RIGHT NOW!" Nathan screamed at me in his mind. I slightly halted the pressure of the knife when I heard the inflection in his voice. Nathan sounded...angry, but more then ever before. It was like he'd taken on some 'parent saving their kid from getting hit by a truck' type of emotion. "Leave Matt ALONE, or SO HELP ME I WILL DESTROY YOU!"
I laughed at him as I lifted my knife from the oozing gash on Matt's stomach and up to his throat, hearing Matt gasp in fright. I let the tip of the blade trace his neck, relishing in how fast his pulse was racing.
"Or WHAT Nathan!?" I screamed back at him, pressing the knife against Matt's throat. "What are YOU gonna do about it!? HUH!? You're trapped in your mind! And pretty soon, you'll fade away. I'll make sure of that after I'm finished with Matthew here... I've had you as a passenger for far too long now."
I placed down the knife as I went to grab my spell book and ingredients. I pulled out my bag of herbs and salts and began to spread them around Matt's bleeding body.
"But Jacob won't have to worry about that." I said as I began to draw runes on Matt's chest with his blood and sprinkle the salt into his gashes. "Matt will be long gone by the time Jacob inhabits his new body!"
Matt broke down into hysteric sobs as he realized what I meant by "gone." I burst out into high pitched cackles as I picked up my knife once more, holding it high above my head over Matt's chest.
"Mason!" Nate screamed in my head. I let out a frustrated sigh, pausing for only a moment, as I heard Nate say something that made my blood run cold.
