"son hyeyeon?" mark finally spoke after nearly a minute of staring at me.

"what do you think you're doing?" i asked, still shocked by what i saw him doing.

"me? i wasn't doing anything."

"are you sure about that? i'm pretty sure i saw you doing something you weren't supposed to be doing."

"what? i was only taking a piss," he scoffed.

"yeah, on a teacher's car!" i exclaimed.

"he deserved it," mark said as he crossed his arms.

"oh yeah? what did he do to deserve this?"

"he gave me detention last week."

"are you serious? that's it?"

"yeah, so what? are you going to tell on me?" he rolled his eyes.

"yes, that's exactly what i'm going to do before school starts on monday."

"wow, i can't believe how much of a bitch you are," he murmured.

"excuse you? i'm not a bitch."

"oh, that's right. you're just a teacher's pet."

"am not!" i argued.

"are too!" he argued back.

"we're getting nowhere with this."

"i agree. how about we make a deal?"

"what do you mean?" i asked.

"i mean you don't tell on me and in return, i'll do something for you."

"like what?"

"i don't know. is there anything you need help with at the moment?" he raised his eyebrow.

"no, not really."

"give me your phone for a second."

"what? why?" i asked, holding my phone to my chest tightly."

"don't worry. i'm not going to hurt your precious phone. just unlock it and let me see it for a minute."

i unlocked it and handed it to him hesitantly.

he snatched it from me and typed something before handing it back to me, "i put my number in your contacts. i have to go so just text me when you think of something."

before i could say anything else to him, he had already turned around and began walking away. after watching his back for a few seconds, i decided it was time for me to leave and get home as well.

i couldn't wait to tell sohee about this tomorrow.
