Today was the day. Ali was coming over at 8 and it was already 5:30. I decided we were going to get pizza for dinner. I went grocery shopping for some snacks. I got Smart food popcorn, ice cream, Doritos and a few other things. I quickly rush home and grab a bunch of blankets and pillows and begin making the fort. After the fort was made, I hung some fairy lights around and set blankets around on the floor and decorated the inside. I think it looked perfect. I just really hope she likes it. 8 o' clock comes around and I hear a know at my door. I texted her earlier to wear pajamas over so she was comfortable.
Ali's POV:
A few weeks ago, Josh had asked me to go to his house to hang out. He also told me to wear pj's to be comfy. I was getting ready and it was about 6:45. I decided to lightly curl my hair and put on a cute unicorn onesie, because why not?

When the time came, you headed to your car and drove to Josh's house. You pick up your phone and called him. "Hello?" he said when he answered. "Hey Jishwa" you said and he giggled at the nickname. "Hey (Y/N), what's up?" he asked. "Nothing, just driving. I will be at your house in like 5-10 minutes, kay?" "Kay" he said and then he hung up after saying goodbye. About 7 minutes later, you knocked on his apartment door. You stood there for a quick minute before the door swung open. "Hey" he said and pulled you into a hug. "Hey" you said with a smile. The hug lasted for a little bit before he pulled away and invited you inside. Your jaw dropped in amazement after seeing the huge fort in the middle of his living room. He noticed you and he chuckled a bit."Do you like it?" he said while nervously rubbing the back of his neck. "No.." his face turned to a frown."..I LOVE IT!" You looked at him and his eyes looked back at you as they lit up. "Did you do this all for me?" you asked. "Yeah, of course it was" he says nervously. He asked if you wanted to order pizza, you of course said yes. You got a Hawaiian pizza with bacon. After several movies and snacks, you found that you were snuggled against Josh's chest. You wanted to stay there forever.
"H-hey, (Y/N)" said Josh nervously. "Yeah, Josh?" you asked looking up at him. "We've been friends for a while and I've liked you ever since we first met." You looked at him shocked because you've been wanting this for so long. "I-I-I'm sorry that must be so awkward. Oh god I probably just ruined our frie-" he started rambling until you cut him off with a kiss. At first, he didn't kiss back because he was shocked, but then he kissed back. Then you pulled away. "Josh, I've liked you for so long." "Well, then I have a question for you. Will you be my girlfriend?" "Yes!" you said and gave him a kiss. The two of you ended up cuddling the rest of the night.
