"Tyler? You alright? You've been spaced out." Brendon said waving his hand in front of Tyler's face. Tyler blinked a few times before looking up and seeing Mark and Brendon standing in front of the couch where he sat.
"I got a lot on my mind." Tyler sighed and wiped his face exhaustedly. How the hell was he going to get Josh out of a royal official marriage?
"Is it about Josh?" Mark asked and Tyler just nodded as they sat down next to him. Tyler's eyes flickered to Brendon when he heard a grinder being used.
"Hey nothing like a little bud to help you relax right?" Brendon said rolling a joint. Tyler just nodded, he'd do anything to just not think about it anymore.
The joint was lit and passed around, soon all three boys a giggling mess while playing Mario Kart.
"So what's going on with you and Josh?" Brendon asked flicking the joint in the ashtray.
"I thought maybe we could date but his family...his family has someone else in mind for him." Tyler said trying to keep the explanation as simple as possible.
"Damn that sucks." Mark sighed as he munched on a bag of chips. "You're really into him huh."
"Yeah he's magical." Tyler grinned and repressed a laugh at his own joke. Suddenly the door opened.
"Speak of the devil and he shall appear!" Brendon said and Mark rolled his eyes as a confused Josh walked in.
"What's that smell?" Josh said crinkling his nose.
"This my good friend is heaven rolled in paper." Brendon said motioning Josh over to the empty chair.
"But what is it?" Josh asked and Tyler just snickered.
"It's weed dude. Wanna try?" Tyler said passing him the burning joint. "It won't bite. Here let me." He said getting up and holding the joint at Josh's lips.
"Do I just inhale?" Josh asked curiously and Tyler nodded. The pink haired boy sucked in the blue smoke and immediately coughed. "This is..." Josh trailed off before slowly exhaling again. "...what was I saying?"
Everyone busted into laughter at that.
After ordering pizza and multiple rounds of Mario Kart Josh had grown sleepy due to the marijuana. He hadn't built a tolerance like the rest of them had.
Josh groaned softly as Tyler lifted him up and began carrying him to his bedroom, laying him on it gently before crawling in next to him.
"I love you so much Tyler." Josh said sleepily, clutching onto the brunette and curling up next to him. Tyler wrapped his arms around Josh protectively.
