He saw a group of people in all black cloaks run towards him. He tried to look at their hair or faces, but it was covered in a hood.

He looked to see if there was a crest or some coloring, but the cloaks were completely black. Harry rolled over and tried to get up, but someone kicked him down. While Harry was on his stomach, he slipped his wand into his pants that way it had a chance of not breaking.

He tried to get back up but he felt something cut his back, and then his body went completely still. He felt ropes wrap around his body, and all he could do was squirm.

The group of people surrounded him and threw spells at him. Ranging from bruising blows to shallow and deep cuts. He felt a couple burns and someone would occasionally kick him.

After a couple of minutes he gave up and stopped moving.

What seemed so far in the distance, he heard a faint bell noise.

'Thank god. Class is starting. Someone will get here soon.' He thought. He heard some clicking of shoes and soon the noise sped up.

"Hey! Stop it!" He heard a voice call. But everything sounded like it was muffled with cotton. Finally the pain stopped and he rested, face down. He didn't even have the strength to open his eyes.

He felt the ropes loosen on his body.

"Harry. Can you hear me?" He heard a female voice. It sounded very distance and muffled.

Harry tried to speak, but he couldn't open his mouth, and he almost forgot how to speak. He didn't feel like he was extremely hurt, but he just didn't have enough energy.

He felt himself be lifted into the air, and he passed out.

Breakfast was almost finished, and McGonagall sensed something. She excused herself and took a walk down the hall.

The bell rang and she hurried up. She was taking a longer route to her classroom, but she then heard some noises.

She turned the corner and saw a group of cloaked figures throwing spells at a tied up body.

"Hey! Stop it!" She yelled down the hall. She tried to run after them, but they jumped out of the window and disappeared. She rushed to the person's side and released the ropes. She pushed the black curly hair out of his face, and realized it was Harry. She started to panic.

"Harry. Can you hear me?" She asked. She moved some of his clothes around and saw blood seeping through. Harry wasn't responding, so she hovered his limp body in the air and hurried to the hospital wing.

"Madam Pomphrey! I need a cot immediately!" She said. Madam Pomphrey looked at the floating limp body and sprung to a bed and gestured.

"What happened?" She asked. She took a looked over him and cut off his robe and sweater.

"I found him tied on the ground and a group of people were hexing him." McGonagall told her quickly.

She ran to the shelf and grabbed a bottle of blood replenisher and some other salves.

McGonagall watched anxiously as Madam Pomphrey cleaned the areas where she saw cuts and burns, and she sealed them together, then applied a salve to stop them from scarring. She did this to all his cuts and put some salve on his bruises. She then popped open the bottle of potion and poured it down Harry's throat.

She checked him down again and nodded.

"Physically, his cuts were what knocked him out. He lost too much blood at once and went into shock. He should be fine now. He has some bruised ribs but he seems like he'll get better." Madam Pomphrey assured Professor McGonagall.
