The song is called: My R (English cover) - by Rachie
The song is about a girl who goes to her school rooftop, to jump. (This is hinted throughout the song, with the "taking off the shoes", which is a Japanese custom, if you're committing suicide.) Each time, however, another girl comes, and she prevents THEM from jumping. In the end, she jumps anyway. The other "girls" are her, arguing with herself, to try and avoid it.
