"Kal-El? Where are you?" I chuckled. "You'll never find me!" He taunted.

I look around the corner to see him hiding behind a statue. "Found you!" I smiled. "Awww Kara that's no fair! You can't talk to me while playing!" he said. "Well I guess I don't play by the rules. Now let's go to supper, we don't want to be late!" I said. "Fiiinnnnnneeeee." He pouted.

"You've finally arrived." My mother said while rolling her eyes. "Sorry, Kal and I were playing an interesting game of hide and seek." I laughed. "And she cheated!" He added. "Well that's Kara for you."

I chuckled, and the room started to shake.

"What was that?!" I asked. "Why, what ever are you talking about Kara?" She asked in a confused voice.

I shook it off. "Nothing, it's probably just in my head..."

"Anyways, Kara we have guests coming over." My father exclaimed.

"The royal family of Daxam.." My mother added. "They are coming here on terms of peace." She exclaimed. "We want to make amends between the two planets, we've been fighting in the war for far too long. We just wanted to inform you." My father states.

"Okay, thanks for the information." I say awkwardly.

A few days later...

Everyone in the House of El is going crazy, except me and Kal of course. The royal family is coming today and they are trying to make everything perfect, and I see why. The royal family of Daxam is very picky, per say.

They only care about themselves. Especially their son.

People say that he attracts girls and when they tell their feeling for him, he breaks their heart like its nothing.

Daxam is a party planet and their prince just makes the planet even worse.

"They're here!" My uncle Jor-El yells. We all go to greet them.

I bow my head. "Your majesties." I say. "Well, at least they have hospitality, best part about this filthy planet." I hear the queen mumble. I was about to say something snarky, but then my mother stepped forward.

"We are so grateful to have you all here." She says. I see their son roll his eyes. I probably should get out of here before I say something that ruins everything.

"May I be excused? I have some matters to attend to.." I say in an annoyed voice. "Of course you take care of it. But be back by supper." My father says in an awkward tone.

I bow my head again and I left. But not before the room starts shaking again.

A few minutes later, I look to me right and I see their son Mon-El right next to me.

"Aghhh! When did you get here?" I yelled.

"I never knew reading a fictional book was considered an important matter."

I roll my eyes. "First of all humans are not fictional, and second of all I'm doing it for my studies." I replied. "Ooh studies..." He says sarcastically. There was a short silence.
