Give Me Love - Ed Sheeran

Juliet was currently resting in Ape and Phil's living room, contemplating if she wanted to sleep there or sleep in her own bed for the night. The boys were out at a nightclub, and Juliet didn't believe she was ready to be thrown around by a group of young drunks.

She decided to quietly leave the house, only then realising that it was raining fairly harshly outside compared to the slight drizzle it appeared to be from inside the house.

She wrapped her arms tightly around her small body and battled against the forceful water droplets that attacked her, her hair soaked practically as soon as she stepped out into the delightful weather.

Juliet was roughly half way home when she heard urgent feet pounding along the soaking concrete and her name being called.

Juliet!"

"Oh god..." She recognised the voice as soon as it was protected across the entire street.

"Juliet!"

She stopped and turned around, face to face with a panting Johnny.

"Johnny, you're gonna freeze, what the hell?!" She noticed he was only wearing a t shirt and jeans, whereas she was more dressed for the occasion.

"I don't care. I just have explaining to do." He chuckled whilst saying the first sentence, her protective motherly side flashing out.

Juliet listened intently and waited patiently for him to begin, Johnny taking a few deep breaths before allowing the words to slip out.

"I've swallowed my pride and I now realised that I pushed you away so much because I'm scared." Johnny started, Juliet furrowing her brows.

"Scared?" She didn't understand why he would be scared; a courageous young man like himself has learnt that he shouldn't be afraid of anything, because he's done the most stupid things in the world as a career.

He smiled so softly, and took her hands so gently. He tilted his head to a side slightly and looked deep into her eyes.

"I'm afraid to say it, my dearest Juliet, but I'm completely in love with you."

Millions of questions ran through her mind, but at the same time, she couldn't say anything.  Johnny rubbed the back of her hands with his thumbs, reassuring her.

"It terrifies me to think about being in love, especially because I could lose someone as fantastic as you in an instant if something went wrong. I know fate decides who should and shouldn't be together I just want to be able to hold you and kiss you and tell you everything's gonna be alright, and if being together allows me to do all of that, then it's a risk I'm willing to take." Johnny poured his heart out to the one person he always should have done, Juliet grasping on to each and every single word he was saying.

Johnny let go of her hands and his own on her cheeks and pulled her closer, resting their foreheads together. Johnny closed his eyes and almost prayed with them, Juliet closing hers also.

"Just please tell me you love me too." Johnny begged, his hands starting to shake as they caressed their face.

Worry? The cold? Love?

They were the main suspects of Johnny's profound trembling.

"When Ryan introduced me to Steve-O for the first time, my first thoughts were "he's quite good looking, and he's sweet too", and then Ryan introduced me to you and I literally had no words to think. You were the most amazing guy I had ever laid my eyes on. I thought that your gorgeous face would have some kind of massive flaw when it came to your personality or your attitude. And then you surprised me again by being so lovely. It didn't take me long at all to realise that I was head over heels for you." Juliet smiled and opened her eyes, Johnny already staring down at her face as the rain started to trickle heavier on their bodies.

"I love you, Juliet." Johnny placed his right hand on the nape of her neck, his other hand resting on her waist.

"I love you too, Johnny." She placed her hands on his chest, both leaning in for a passionate kiss that would finish off the night of admitting their ever-growing love for one another.
