Today is your birthday and your best friends had plans for you.

"Happy Birthday." Mao kicked open the door to building 8's main office.

He looked around the room. No sign of you.

"Where's (Y/n)?" He questions Ruka, who's looking at him a bit annoyed.

"She's not here. I tried to tell you that but you hung up on me."

Mao stumbled back, "Well you could have texted me..."

"I did." Ruka holds up his phone.

Mao takes a closer look and sees multiple messages sent to him.

He takes out his phone and turns it on, taking a look at the lock screen filled with notifications of text messages.

"Ah....so you did nya...."

-----Elsewhere-----

You sighed as you walked down the hall.

"Oh what I would give to have Samon as my birthday present." You swooned.

"(Y/n)." You jumped at the sudden voice.

"Hm." You turned to the male.

"Happy Birthday." He smiles.

You relax, sending a warm smile back, "Thanks Mitsuru."

"So I was wondering if you wanted to go have a birthday lunch. Ms. Hyakushiki is tagging a long as well. Her idea actually." He walks with you down the halls of HQ.

"If I'm not busy. Really depends if Mao and Ruka remember what today is." You smile sadly.

He nods, "You three are tight. I doubt they'll forget."

You laughed, "Yeah you're probably right."

You both continue to walk through the halls all smiles.

Then, Samon walked up to you.

"(Y/n),"

You froze, "Samon! Hi!" You sky uppercut Mitsuru. Yes. A Pokemon move.

You wanted Mitsuru out of the picture so you could speak with Samon. Also you hoped he wouldn't think anything was going on between yourself and Mitsuru.

"Yeah so the cat just called me. He wanted me to tell you that himself and Ruka are in building 8. They want you to go there for your birthday celebration." He explains.

You nod, "Kay. Thank you Samon."

------Time Skip------

You got to building 8 and headed to the main office. Upon walking in, you are greeted with a large present sitting on the supervisors desk.

"What's this?" You smile, walking over to the present.

"Your present." Mao smiles.

Excitement takes over you as you take the lid off the box.

It's simply a box. No wrapping paper. There are however, holes around the box. You could only assume they got you a pet-

"Did you seriously put Tomato in a box?" You sweat dropped.

"Well you wanted a rabbit." Mao shrugged.

"It's not a monkey but I'll take it." You giggle.

"Speaking of monkeys, here." Ruka hugs you from behind.

He holds a plush in front of you. Samon.

You blush pink, "It's so cute."

"Here's your real present." Mao speaks up.

Looking over, you gasp in awe at the multiple plushies of your friends.

Your eyes travels to a large body pillow.

"Is that a Samon Gokuu body pillow!?"
