You're all I need (Carltine)

Glenn took the lead walking back to the prison he wanted to ask clementine a bunch of questions but for now he just wanted to get her and the baby back to the prison safely.  while Glenn was taking the lead, Carl and Clementine walked behind him AJ was still asleep Clementine looked down at him and smiled at him knowing that they would finally be safe soon. "My name is Carl by the way" Carl replied breaking the silence between the two. Clementine looked up at the boy and  nodded giving him a small smile "Clementine, but you already knew that." She replied chuckling quietly Carl smiling a bit at her. He wasn't big on trusting or letting people in so easily but....he could feel that Clementine could be trusted...he could feel that he could become friends with her. Besides his father was always howling at him to make friends so why not right??

Clementine looked at Carl from the corner of her eye and studied him for a moment. She wasn't use to being around kids her age manly because they all died before she could become close to them. Sure she had Duck and Sarah at one point but....they just weren't ready for this world....no one prepared them to be taught them how to be safe and protect themselves from walkers or people. Clem did try to teach Sarah but....it was to late for her. Clem sighed a bit and thought maybe this Carl kid wouldn't die i mean he did save her life....maybe she could finally have a friend....but in order to do that she needed to talk to him. She in hailed a bit before she spoke the first thing that came to her mind  "I like your hat Carl" She spoke as Carl turned to her a light smile on his face "thanks my dad gave it to me ..I like yours to Clementine." he complimented causing her to smile back at him a little. "Thank you, my dad gave me my hat as well." Carl chuckled at this "Another thing we have in common." he said looking ahead now while Clem gave a confused look at him." Another thing we have in common? What's the other?" She questioned "we both have babies to take care, of I have a baby sister she's a little older then AJ I think but not that much." He answers Clem had a surprised look on her face but she nodded "Hey maybe they will become great friends huh?" Clementine chuckled as Carl smiled and nodded "Yeah I bet." He concluded.  Glenn chuckled to himself and smiled "Lovebirds already" he mumbled.

As they approached the prison Clementine looked in awe at all the people , food , water , and weapons. They even had crops and live stock! Carl chuckled at her reaction. "Heh, pretty great isn't it?" He asked as a couple people ran to the gate letting the three inside. While Clementine was looking around A man walked up to the three "Another survivor?" He asked looking down at Her as she looked back up at the man. The man's eyes widened as he saw Aj in her arms.

The man Squatted down in front of her "Hello I'm Rick, Rick Grimes I'm the leader here I see you Already met Glenn and my son Carl. " he replied Clementine's eyes widened slightly Carl was the leaders son? Clem felt a bit jealous that carl still had a family but she was happy for him no one should lose their family to this world...like she did... " Nice to meet you Rick my name is Clementine and this is Aj" She greeted trying her best to sound polite. "i met her and her group long time ago, back in Atlanta when everything started, she's trustworthy in my book" Glenn spoke as Rick stood up and looked at Glenn He nodded then he looked at Carl who gave a nod "She's ok in my book dad. " He spoke causing Clementine to smile at him. Rick gave a small smile at his son before looking down at Clementine and AJ "well clementine, welcome to the group. Lets get you settled in"
