~Chapter 5~ Cat and Mouse

"Well," I smiled, "Would you like a selfie for that tweet?"

Her eyes lit up.

"I didn't even think about getting a picture! Yes I would love that!"

She took a cute selfie with the two of us, then a few silly ones. I turned my phone back on and took a quick selfie of us myself, and she went on her way. It was great getting to meet her. I jumped on twitter long enough to post the selfie with a caption saying "This is Kate! She is a Beautiful Wonder Girl I got the honor of meeting! Had a Great time getting Coffee with her today!"

With that I turned the sound off on my phone so it wouldn't ring if someone called but it was on in case of an emergency, then i threw out the last little bit of my muffin and walked toward the store Kate told me about.

~Jack's POV~

Mark was driving, Felix watching and looking at every person we passed. My phone made a "ding" noise, meaning I had a notification from twitter that someone tweeted. I wasn't worried about checking it, so i quick glanced down to get rid of the notification and then clicked my home button on my phone. I realized it was a picture that quickly flashed on my screen, It was Y/N! She must have turned her phone back on! I opened twitter back up and looked at the picture.

"She Turned Her Phone Back On! She Just Tweeted A Picture Of Her And That Girl That Screamed In Our Faces Before Talking To Us! But She Isn't At The Hotel It Says She Had Coffee With The Girl!"

Mark quickly pulled over to the side of the road and grabbed my phone looking over the picture, with Felix and I both Looking over at the picture. How could she look so happy? Did nothing that happened today bother her at all? That's all i could think as ark looked at the picture.

"She Isn't actually happy in that picture. That's her "I'm Having a Miserable Day Today But Hopefully I Can Make Someone Else's Day Better Than Mine" Smile. There is a difference. Look through her pics once. You'll see the difference." Felix stated as if he read my mind.

"Shes near that Hotel. That coffee shop is at the end of the street. I've had coffee there a few times. I would imagine she is probably still near there, And that girl's name is Kate by the way." Mark said

"Why didn't Kate text us? You would think any fan would be thrilled to get our number, I was worried not only she would, but half of our fan base would be texting us by now." I asked.

Simultaneously Mark and Felix both yelled making me jump out of my seat.

"DID YOU ACTUALLY GIVE HER YOUR NUMBER?!"

"YESSSS I WANT TO FIND Y/N! SHE WAS THE ONLY ONE SO FAR THAT HADN'T SEEN HER SO I THOUGHT THERE WAS A CHANCE SHE MIGHT SEE HER AFTER WE TALKED TO HER SO I TOLD HER TO TEXT ME IF SHE SAW HER!"

"I hope she doesn't give that out, or you are going to have to change numbers" Mark said rolling his eyes a little. But my phone starting playing my text tone.

"It's a random number, so chances are she gave it out you doof." Felix said staring at me as my phone went off again and again.

I grabbed my phone and opened the messages. They were all from the same person. Multiple pictures showing up. They were all of Y/N and Katy, except the last one. It was a picture of a store front, and then a text came in.

-Hey this is Kate! I saw Y/N, She invited me for coffee after my shift! She is the nicest person I have ever met! Even after everything that happened today she still just wanted to make my day! Anyways I told her to go check that store out so if you hurry you might be able to catch her there!

I read the text to Felix and Mark, Mark was already heading that direction, so on the way i replied to Kate.

--Hey Kate! THANK YOU SO MUCH! She is wonderful isn't she? I'm glad you got to meet her and that you had a good time, Thank you for the lead. And thanks for not giving out my number! As long as you don't give it out, you can text me whenever :)
