~Chapter 5~ Cat and Mouse

We pulled up to the store that was in the picture and we all took off out of the car to look for her. We combed through the store looking at every person in it. She wasn't there. The man at the counter said we just missed her. She couldn't have gone far. We walked out of the store ready to comb the streets if we had to. Mark looked up toward the coffee shop, and saw the car that picked her up, so we ran to it and knocked on the window. The driver opened the window and Felix asked him where she was. So he told him everything, about the driving around town, and the deal they made. Now he was just waiting for her to come back. So I gave him my number and told him to text me as soon as he sees her. We decided to split up, I went with Mark to look through the stores, While Felix went across the road from the store we checked first, to the park to see if she went in there. We searched every store, shop, and restaurant up on that street. and she was nowhere to be found. We headed back to the coffee shop hoping she was heading back there to get her Uber.

~Felix's POV~

I have to find her. God I hope we find her. I kept replaying the argument over and over in my head. I have never heard Y/N yell like that. But I deserved it. She had every right to yell at me like that. I didn't mean to make it sound like it would have been a burden to be there for her. I made her feel like shit. She had every right to be mad. If she no longer wants to talk to me anymore after this, then so be it, I will have to live with what i did. But i have to find her and make sure she is safe. I walked all over this park twice now. She is no where to be seen. I sent jack a quick text

F-She isn't here. Any luck?

J-No luck here either :(

F-Ok I Guess I'll meet you guys back at the car.

J-We Will Find Her Felix.

I couldn't reply. I wasn't so sure. I don't think she wants to be found. I think she was serious about being done. I saw a bench near by that only had one person on it, they sat sideways with their knees up, head down, and arms over their head. They had a hoodie on, which was really weird considering the heat but i went and sat next to them anyways. If It was Y/N in here seeing them, even after the day she had, she would see if they were ok and try to cheer them up. So I sat down on the bench and just stared at the open park in front of me.

"You know this is a beautiful park." I said without getting an answer so I just continued, "I'm sorry if I'm no good at cheering you up. I'm not really good at this kind of thing. If my best friend was here she would know what to say or do. She is really good at making the world smile even more so when she is having a bad day. I think it makes her day better knowing she made someone else smile." Still no answer from this person so I looked over as shock washed over my face.

"I'm so sorry Felix." Was the only thing she managed to say before she started to bawl her pretty little eyes ok. I pulled her into my arms and just hugged her.

"You don't need to be sorry sweetie I deserved everything I got from you, I never should have said the things I said. I didn't mean for them to come out like that. So don't you worry about a thing Ok?"

She just nodded a little as she held onto me and cried. We sat like that for about 5 minutes until my phone went off. She stayed cuddled into my chest as I checked my phone

J-Hey Uber guy hasn't seen her yet, texted me to tell me, he's worried about her to. Where are you? We've been at the car sense you texted about meeting us there.

F-I found her. Tell Uber guy to stay put we will meet him there, You guys head back to the house and we will bring the Uber back that way I can make sure he gets paid for all of his time.

J-THANK GOD! MARK SAID OK WE WILL MEET YOU THERE JUST DON'T LET HER TAKE OFF AGAIN. AND NO YELLING AT HER!

I sighed at that last sentence. I've upset her twice like this and she hasn't even been here for a week.
