"Hey bitch". I heard an approaching yell, right before I was slammed to the ground .

"Ashly get your fat ass off me"I wheezed .

"Not on your life".

"Which with your weight won't be very long".

"HEY!!! you try entering a pie eating contest without gaining at least some weight." She complained I could hear the pout in her voice .

Using her lack of concentration to my advantage I quickly throw all my weight into my arm, shove up and  force her off of me. Climbing on and sitting on her stomach .

"Okay, okay I won't do it again just get off"

"What was that I couldn't hear you"I say coyly a grin spreading onto my face, finding her fruitless struggle hilarious . One of the good things about not being a size zero .

"I'll stop dammit just get offff ,I'm dying".

"Melodramatic much -A" I say with a teasing grin getting off of her ,sticking out my hand for her to take, getting up she dusts of what I think IS some kind of name brand mini skirt, and knowing -A it probably is, like she would say I'd rather eat rat shit then show up in some no names, but you pull it of though'

But she's not as shallow as you'd think, actually she isn't at all, but alot of people would peg her for some cheerleader, ditsy airhead type, what with her pin straight perfect blonde hair, model physique, silvery grey eyes and 5,6 height knowing all of this I get why your wondering just how this, lanky should be Abercrombie model, optimistic, social butterfly would end up with me a 5,0(basicly a lawn nomb) frizzy redheaded dull brown eyed fatso, this anti-social weird awkward-bookworm, well I'll tell ya it all happened in first grade .

We were on a school field trip to sea world, our class had decided on a field trip the beginning of the semester ,and after awhile the long awaited day had finaly arrived,I'd always been an outcast even as a kid I just never fit the mould ANYONE had for me ,but back then it was easier to cope, what with having imaginary friends being acceptable. Our teacher Miss Clayton had told us to stick together we worked on the buddy system, ofcourse I was no ones first pick so I settled on Joan my imaginary friend, but ofcourse like the kids we were, we were easily exitable, we scattered the moment those plexiglass doors opened. While most of the others went straight to the shark exhibit I mearly took in my surroundings marveling at the architectural feat before me, my mouth agape as my eyes filled with wonder I was underneath the sea I was Ariel and for the first time in a long time I didn't feel all that weird, I was surrounded by all these funny looking creatures and it felt like home, I looked at some of them and saw myself, I saw weird yet strangely enticing creatures, I saw my world, fish that fit the bill, the popular, cool ones that the others gawked at like the sharks and I saw my kind , the smaller less significant yet still needed sea life like the star fish or sea anemone, anyway walking around in my bright green flowy sundress and my white sandals I clutched my starfish backpack close as I explored gazing at all these different lives that lived together. In harmony. Before I heard the faint noise of someone sobbing, turning the corner I was met with the prettiest girl in our school by far, Ashly Montgomery, she was stood infront of a trolley filled to the Brim with crates her tiny hands clasped on the sides as she stood on her tippy toes leaning most of her weight against it.

"Whats wrong." I whispered trying to catch her attention .

Turning her head she moved away from the boxes and wiped away her tears.
