Chapter five
''What time is it? 8 in the morning? Or maybe it's already nighttime?'', (Y/N) thought and sighed. She was sleeping for some time, nevertheless she felt exhausted. There was no light in this cruel place and the loneliness was getting unbearable. She didn't know what day it was and this was making her crazy. The water she got everyday was disgusting and it made her feel ill. Her stomach was screaming for something to eat and she didn't know the last time she ate something.
''How long...how long will i be able to handle that..'', she whispered and closed her eyes to escape the reality for some minutes. Pictures of her journeys came to her mind. Beautiful flowers, woodlands and the feeling of freedom. How she wished to just run away from everything. Escape the dark cell and explore the world.
''You are just a spoiled little girl...''....a voice echoed through her mind and the beautiful places were replaced by two red dots which glowed in the darkness like gems. ''He was right...i didn't do much before i got captured. I was carefree and i didn't have to think about important matters in life.'', she thought and watched a little spider climbing at a big spider web to reach the next victim. She thought about getting up and help the little bug who was fighting for its life, but her body didn't move. The scene reminded her of her situation. (Y/N) was like the little innocent bug, crawling through life, carefree and thinking that everything is fine. Exploring new places and don't think about something bad, but out of nowhere she got trapped and her whole life depends on her decision. The little bug stopped moving and it looked like it gave up. Should (Y/N) do the same? End this nightmare and just accept her fate? Get caught by the big spider called Ganondorf and die from his deadly poison?
(Y/N) got angry of the image and jumped to her feet. With confident steps she reached the spider web and grabbed the little bug with two fingers. A smile reached her lips the moment she recognized that the little creature was alive and crawling on her hand. ''I will survive this nightmare too...'', she whispered and watched the bug moving.
Suddenly she could feel a presence behind her back and started to feel cold. Silent footsteps and a unknown noise on the floor. She took a deep breath and turned around to see what was going on, but there was nothing. Only the darkness. A familiar smell came to her nose and let her stomach growl and fight. It took her some time to recognize a small plate on the floor with fresh food. ''How...'', she thought and kneeled down in front of the delicious meal. ''Vegetables, rice and meat...wow...amazing...'', she whispered and took the fork that was placed beside the plate and started to eat. Every bite was like heaven and in an instant she felt much better. Her mind was fighting for answers how this meal got into her place.
After she finished her food she sat back down at a corner and started to rest. Now she could sleep and relaxed satisfied. Before she closed her eyes and drifted into a peaceful slumber, she saw a black shadow taking her empty plate and left into the darkness.
''Dark....?'', she whispered, but didn't get a reply.

(Y/N) waited for hours, days or maybe it was already a week for a sign of the dark warrior. Her stomach was growling for food and longing for another delicious meal. ''Was it a dream or was he bringing me the food...'', she thought. The dark shadow looked so familiar, but she was too exhausted to get up or take a closer look. The meal was her rescue.
There was no light from the morning sun or the beautiful gleam of the moon. After such a long time as a prisoner she started to feel depressed and she always had to think of Dark and wished that he would come, but then she thought of his rude attitude and got sad. ''Why is the man that i like, such an arrogant boy..'', she said to herself and let out a frustrated sigh.
