How It All Began

Something needed to be done.

 I wasn't usually one for anger, but my blood boiled as I read the email. The sounds of loud cursing echoed through the house and I knew my brother just read it too.

"Goddam, mother fucking piss buckets!" Gabriel cursed as he stormed into my room. "Did you read this fucking shit?" He waved his phone at me, like I might be able to read it while it moved around like a hurricane. "What gives this asshole the right to treat our girl this way?" I snickered at the use of the term our girl, like we had any claim on our trainer. We'd only figured out a couple months ago the trainer we'd all been seeing for years, the trainer we all had a crush on but was unfortunately unavailable, was the same girl. When that came to light, there'd a few days of rather loud fights before Owen told us about the Andersons. Apparently, he'd begun to worry a few years ago that something like this might happen and decided to do a little reasearch. We'd talked several times about sharing her since Owen first mentioned it but we all knew it would take actually trying to see if it would work.

"Family meeting, downstairs, now." Kota popped his head in and said. Gabe and I nodded and made our way downstairs. Several minutes later the nine of us were gathered around the dining table.

"I assume we've all read the email." Kota looked at each of us, knowing we had without asking. "Good. I can assume then, that we all think the same thing."

A snort came from North, sitting across the table from me. " I doubt you guys think we need to hire Raven to take his cheating ass out."

Sounded good to me.

"No," Kota rolled his eyes. "Something needs to be done though. So, any ideas?"

I'd been thinking about this from the moment her words hit my brain. Grinning wide, I spoke up.

"I got a great idea. Let's go get her stuff."
