Blue Exorcist (Rin X reader) 2

I'm sitting in my childhood house.

I see someone walk passed my bedroom door opening.

"Mom?" I said while getting up

I walk out into the hallway, so nostalgic

I see the person turn the corner, I followed them.

They ended in the living room. "Mom?"

The figure turned around "sweetie stay back, I don't want you getting hurt"

I see my younger self standing across the room.

"That's the gate of Gahenna" I said to myself

My mother is standing by the gate, she needs help.

"Mom!" I cried out trying to run to her but I couldn't

She opened her sword and she lights up in blue flames, my eyes widened. She cuts her arm and drops the blood on the gate. "I won't have you take my daughter" she yells

She stabs her sword into the base of the gate then rips it out. "Y/N take my sword" she yells to my younger self

I watched myself walk to my mother and taking her sword, burning her wrist and she winces in pain.

"Sweetie, in order for me to defeat Satan, to protect you.. I must sacrifice myself. It's the only way to ensure your safety for the future."

Tears were streaming down my face along with my younger self.

My mom puts her hand on the evil figures heart and disappeared along with the gate.

The little me is holding onto the sword while sobbing.

She lifts her arm and pokes her burn. I felt it on my own arm. I look at my scar, the scar from this event. How I got my Mashū and was able to see the demons from years ago.

I close my eyes and when I opened them back up, I see Rin and Yukio.
