Right now, we're having dinner.

"Conner how about you leave her alone." Nathan said with a smirk on his face.

"How about you stop standing up for her."

"Her business is my business. Do you have a problem with that?"

"Actually I do."

"Oh, so now everyone is going to gang up on me? Over her? What happened to the bro code?"

Nathan smacked him in the head.

"I'll go talk to him." I said

"I'm coming too." Nathan said

I walked outside and watched him walk into the room, I followed him.

"Conner?"

"Get out."

"That I will not do."

"Fine, then I'm leaving."

I grabbed his hand so he wouldn't leave.

"Let go of me."

He jerked away.

"I don't like you." He said

"Like I haven't heard that a thousand times already."

"Well, it obviously didn't get through to your brain."

"You never told me why though."

He sat down.

"Sixth-grade."

"What about the sixth grade? You weren't even in my class." I said

"Wow."

"I sat next to you, I was in your group."

"Huh?"

"I was the kid."

"The kid?" I asked while pulling my hair behind my ears.

"Who always put glue on his hands."
