She woke up every morning to the the man she loved.
He woke up to the girl who he couldn't get rid of. Yes he did love her. But she was so needy and clingy. He wasn't trying to be mean to her, but she truly was clingy. But definitely not the reason he always thought.
~backstory time~
"Wade?" She called out from the kitchen. He was playing his video games like normal and she was cleaning.
"Yes?" He answered walking into the spotless kitchen.
"What would you like for dinner?" She asked walking up to him.
He grabbed onto her waist, pulled her close and kissed her. "Anything"
He went back to playing his games while she made dinner. Since he didn't specify on what he wanted, she just made creamy chicken noodle soup.
"Dinners ready" she called, but after ten minutes of wait he never answered. "Wade?" She called again. Thoughts rushed through her mind of what could have happened. She ran to him office. He wasn't there. Then the bathroom, bedroom, living room, but he was no where.
She called him and he answered about ten seconds later. "Hey sorry had to get something from the store"
She sighed in relief. "Thank god. I thought something bad happened to you"
"Wadeee who are you talking to baby??" A female voice called. "Get your sexy ass over here" she heard.
"W-wade? Who was that?" Her heart shattered into a million pieces.
"I've been having an affair." He spoke coldly.
After that day she told herself she would never love anyone else.
~Presents time~
"Good morning babe" She said.
You see this was four years after wade told her that he was having an affair. This man built he back up again. She thought he truly loved her. She thought wrong.
"We need to talk" he said. Taking he same tone wade once did.
"Okay.." her voice cracked as if she was going to cry. Which she was.
"I don't love you anymore. And I'm sorry for using you, but your too needy and clingy for me"
He used super glue to fix her broken heart. And now he's taken a hammer to it, just like wade.
"I-I understand. I'll pack my things and leave" she stood up and got dressed and started to pack. She had nowhere to go. She thought of a feeler different options but one of them she liked.
She packed all of her shoes and clothes, but left the jewelry he had bought her. She went into his bathroom and grabbed all of his pain killers that she could find.
Before she took them to end her pain, the took her clothes to goodwill, to make sure someone will enjoy them. Then pulled out her phone calling a number she hadn't called in four years.
"Hello" he answered. She heard his voice. She missed his voice.
"Hi wade. It's me y/n. I just wanted to hear your voice for the last time."
"Last time? Y/n what's going on? Where are you?" He spoke worriedly.
"Why would you care?"
"Because, I still think about you every single day. I never forgave myself after that day that I told you about the affair. I almost killed my self. But then I realized it wasn't the answer. I love you y/n. Where are you..?"
"Goodwill."
"Stay there I'm coming."
She didn't know why she told him where she was. But something about his voice made her want to stay.
He pulled up in his fancy car and parked as fast as he could, got out and ran to a sobbing girl leaned up against the goodwill wall.
Once he got to her, he wrapped his arms around her. Making her feel safe. "You didn't take anything right?" He asked checking her up and down.
She handed him he full bottle of pain killers and shook her head no. She didn't know what to say to the man that broke her heart. "You didn't have to come here." She spoke choking on her words.
"Just come with me back to my house please" he begged her. She gave in. Mostly because she was cold.
The car ride was silent. She ended up passing out due to lack of sleep. Wade carried her inside, like he once did long ago. He set her down on his bed, put her under the covers and walked out of his bedroom.
He went into the living room and got water and sat down on the couch. He heard movement in the bedroom but he thought he should just let her sleep.
A few hours wade woke up to the shower running. He got up and walked into the bedroom. She had made the bed and even cleaned his room up a bit. He admitted to himself that he missed this.
She got out of the shower a few minutes later and he let her get dressed. He was very nervous to talk to her. She was even more nervous to talk to him.
She finished getting dressed and walked out into the living room. Sitting down next to him. "Thank you for last night" She said playing with her fingers
"I'm sorry for what I did all those years ago. I was stupid and immature. I missed you." He sounded as if her was about to cry. But he held back his tears.
"Wade," She said grabbing his hand, "I missed you too"
He pulled her into a hug that minutes later ended up becoming a heated kiss...
